Any DAYS fans here. I need help.

I'm trying to catch up(I'm 6 months behind, but I know I'll catch up). I was trying to watch 12 18 08 episode, but the sound went out. My volume is up. It goes out about 4:45&just keeps going with no volume. I'm having trouble getting on favorite-moments.net as well. Cn anyone help me please?
