Don't get too down on yourself. The addiction is a beast. Just take one day at a time. A co-worker tried using recordings of some kind before bed - can't remember the name, but it's a series of positive messages... like, "You can quit smoking" "You're not dependent on anything" Maybe do a search for something like that on Amazon. I'll try in a bit after I get some bridal shower stuff done It worked for my co-worker, and she even used other recordings to lose weight - it wasn't as effective for her as the smoking one though. Just stay strong and keep us posted.

Tess, you CAN do it...don't let smokes control your life...I bet you have to plan a good part of your day around taking smoke breaks...mine were planned...on the way to work, after lunch, on the way home from work and two more before bed. Everyday. Habits are hard to break..don't be down on yourself, just always try again. |

I feel like I was very negative this week, especially about Ej (please don't point anything out..LOL)..and I know most of you are Ej fans. I hope you know that if I seem, well, for the lack of a better word, b^%chy..it's only because Ej is starting to get at me again, like he used to...I tell ya, the writers do one thing well and that's making me hate Ej...LOL Love all you guys, I love posting with you, but if you can't tell, I'm irritated with the show right now and since most of you have opposite views, you get to see the b^&chy posts from me but know, all the negativity is for the show and not any of you. Understood!! I only get mad or frustrated when personal attacks are made against me, or the whole entire fanbase...but all is good! |

As far as smoking goes...ugh..I can't help but beat myself up over it, I've failed over and over again!! Each time gets harder than the last...from now on, I'm not even gonna tell anyone if I'm trying to quit...I'll wait until I've been smoke free for a long time before I tell you guys |
