can you believe some people ACTUALLY believe obama is not a citizen?????? i was watching rachael maddow and she played a clip of rush limbaugh, he is on that bandwagon too, these people are buffoons, plain and simple |

I actually listen to him, not selected segments that Rachel finds interesting, & I am telling you of all his concerns regarding Obama, his birth place is not on the top of the list. |

Ahhhh ok I found the clip of her show. She was discussing the old guy who shot the guard at the Holocaust Museum this week. He is a white supremacist & despises Jews. So, he shot a black guard at the Holocaust Museum. He also believes Obama hasn't been honest about the circumstances of his birth - & since Rush has mentioned the birth certificate issue on his show before...it's a nice attempt to tie Rush to the racist Jew hater who shot the guard. |

Israel, where many Jews live, constantly live in fear of Iran's nukes...so I'd say there's a 'six degrees' connection. |

I was hoping I didn't step over the line. So then, game back on for me! I will say this...there are so many rumors of this going around, why doesn't Obama just give his birth certificate? I have heard there is a record of his grandma saying she was there for his birth in Kenya, I have heard he went to Occidental? College on a scholarship only for foreign students (Fulbright?), he said he was Indonesian. I have never felt the need to look this stuff up for myself, b/c I truly feel that McCain was so bad a choice that "those that be" would not do anything about Obama's citizenship even if he was from another country. Is the pres candidates not required to show their birth certificate? If not, they should. Not b/c of this rumor, but b/c it is a stipulation to hold the Presidency that you be a USA citizen, born and raised. Personally, I think there are many other things we should be worried about with our Pres, and that would go even if Bush were in the seat. |

There is so much extra work involved...you have to use multiple sources, go with your own opinions and try to forget others'...but thanks! I had heard he did produce one, and the argument was that it was easy to fake one? Is that right? I don't remember the Repubs argument. I can see both sides here. Yes, it IS easy to forge a borth certificate...I have done so myself for reasons I will not disclose, but they produced one that has been accepted for Obama's whole USA life. Why was it not in question before? I am no fan of Obama (nor was I of Bush) so I really feel that his citizenship should be the last worry on people's mind about him. To try and stay on topic, I feel he values other citizens of other nations as valuable as our own. Now before you go and say no life is more valuable than another, I am simply stating that an American president should choose American citizens as his priority, and so far I don't see that (He obviously wants a lot of unhappy grumpy citizens, b/c he is trying to pass his cigerette bill as we speak). With him going around telling other antions they are just as good as us, and have the right to blow up other nations...IDK. I am definately not worried about his citizenship right now. I am worried my family will be shipped off again for a war with Iran now. |
