Carrie Prejean,who was given a second chance after racy photos of her surfaced was fired with the blessing of the owner of the Miss Clifornia, USA and Miss Universe Organization, Donald Trump. Basically, Prejean was not living up to contractual appearances and Trump told her to get back to work and she didn't so the famous words of "YOU'RE FIRED" were uttered. |

(sp) What agreat AMERICA we live in !! That is NOT true, Donald Trump gave her a second chance despite the fact that many considered her photos a "breach" of contract. Vanessa Williams was "stripped" of her Miss America title when racy photos surfaced. She was not living up to contractual obligations regarding appearances. Donald trump first and foremost is a BUSINESSMAN & hardly a liberal, he is a Republican. He has famously had public spats with both LIBERALS Rosie O'Donnell and Barbara Walters, to name just two. Donald Trump even commented on Miss Prejean's right of free speech when the controversy first started. And as is the right of any citizen if she feels she has just cause, she can sue the Miss USA Organization and a jury will determine if she deserves compensation or a judge will determine if the case has merit and it will go to trial or be thrown out. |

that's right, there are many articles on why she was fired. i wish people would speak by the "facts" that are presented. she did not fulfill her obligations. |
