Hard to believe that it is the end of May already.
We had a quiet weekend which was VERY nice. No catastrophies... That is always a plus. Had B-B-Q & did some salads & enjoyed warm, sunny 80 degree weather!! It was perfect!!
This is DH's last week before a week long, well deserved vacation. He will be off all next week! Can't wait... It sure gets lonely being a truckers wife. Oh well, as they say "absence makes the heart grow stronger..."!

glad your weather is doing good bailey... the south is in a washout... although the sun peeked pretty good yesterday, then the waterworks started... they were hit and miss all weekend..

i thought i was gonna sleep in, cause of no school, but still popped up the usual... i kept tossing all night... feeling stuffy and scratchy throat...

We are supposed to get some rain this afternoon & then be off & on rain until Friday. Today it is cool but right now it is sunny! The rain is supposed to make it humid. If you remember from your New Jersey days humid days are a novelty here until you get into July or August!!
I LOVE SUMMER.... even if it rains!! (It ain't S-N-O-W!!) LOL!!

we had a rainy weekend also... got the grilled fired up yesterday...had brats , grilled corn on the cobb, hamburgers, and salad.


i guess i am now heading up the clothes minstry at our church..need to go work in it today.. get all the winter clothes packed up just wished i lived closer to the church.... so i could worked in it everyday.....

bailey, you got that right about the humidity... and in a big city , with the skyscrapers etc... it is awful... and the smells ... ewwwwwww wweeeee...

if i could keep todays temps.... with some sun, it would be purrrrrfect...

Hey guys.First official day of my summer vacation.YES!!!!!!!I just got back from taking my little brother and his friend across the street to the pool.I got some sun until it started thundering and i told them it was time to go home.LOL.Well,talk later.

Hi everyone! Hope you all had good days. We have been under a flash flood watch since last night and it is still going. I am SO hungry. Just had cereal for lunch and that stuff lasts no time at all. Now if I could just figure out what I am gonna cook I could get it started. ttyl

so glad my super left and went to walmart... i am feeling so achy/sneezy/and tired... i just want to go home a relax...
