Today is picture perfect weather. I walked three miles with Dakota this morning. Danny and I are just doing some low key grilling and relaxing.

Owen is really whacking out over Stephanie. I can't believe that he would leave her there in that morgue drawer without any air....IDIOT!!!

I hope everyone had a Awesome Memorial Day!! I had Nanny,Mom,Dad and Uncle Lee(My Dad's Baby brother)over to the house to grill some Cheeseburgers and Hotdogs and we watched movies!! Hope you all had a Awesome one too!!

Good Tuesday morning all. I'm taking a wee break from the show, so I haven't been around the boards lately. But I'm still thinking of you all.

LUMI4E&E: Even though I'm allergic to cats, they are sweet, and I'll keep Oliver in my prayers.

And to everyone else, Happy Belated Memorial Day! We visited some friends in the Maryland/D.C. area. Grilling, drinking, relaxing, & good times. Plus, a 4 day work week. Doesn't get much better than that.

Just wanted to check in real quick before I get some work done...I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend!!

Dakota, I know that I didn't return your call, but the weekend was so hectic..you caught me on our way back from the day at the park, we took Britt and her friends swimming while Alyssa played on the playground. The park we found was beautiful, and they have camp grounds as well...we will probably go camping there a lot this summer since it's only about 45 minutes from home. Anyway, after we dropped the kids off we had to go to the store and get the rest of the stuff to have a cook out on Monday. I will call you after work today.

We had teenagers over the house all weekend...I have kids at my house even when my own kids aren't home! Britt left early Monday to be in the parade, and her friends stayed with me and hung out (lucky me)...really I don't mind, I just secretly dream about alone time lol.

I must go deal with tenants now...you all have a great day!

Hey everyone...thanks for the kind words about Oliver. My husband and I are waiting by the phone for the vet to call...both of us went to work today but we are leaving work once the vet calls. I don't expect good news. Oliver was so pitiful this morning. This all just sux!

Jess...(DQ), I have been taking Dakota on alot of walks now that she is healing from her surgery. It was really hard on us after the surgery but I am happy that she is doing well now. Thanks for asking.

Lumi...I am keeping positive prayers for Oliver going.

Tess...I figured as such. I am sure that you got real busy. I ended up going to bed early because the humidity and my allergies were getting to me.

Sherlindrea...Glad to see you check in regularly

Batmom....I know that you keep our EJami boards rocking.
Maybe you should consider going to the Boston event in August. You will meet some of us there. I am planning to attend but waiting to buy my tickets until I know which package the group of gals are booking.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and good thoughts for our little Oliver. I do have some news..it is better than I thought. He either has small intestine cancer (not good news) or IBS...LOL...we are hoping for the later..LOL...he is on steroids which could further damage his kidneys but it could also give him back energy, make him want to eat, and basically live a normal life. We are taking a chance. He is on the medication for a month and then we have to go from there. Hopefully, it will cure him. Dr. Jude said that we could do surgery to see if it is cancer or not, but that would only give us confirmation, not cure him. The surgery would cost 1500.00 and if he has cancer, kemo would cost 2000.00. We just can't afford that, so we took Dr. Jude's advice and went with the steroids.

Dakota, I am so glad to hear that Dakota is doing good after the surgery. That is certainly a blessing!

To everyone else, hugs and blessings I am so happy to have people I can talk to about the craziness my life can be and you all are so supportive and sweet and encourging. Thanks again!!

Hey girl's I know I have been away for like weeks. LUMI I read about Oliver I am so sorry he is under the weatehr but I am praying everyday its IBS and not cancer. Please keep us posted and use me to take your aggression out on in theboards...LOL

Nothign new here I hate my boss,like my job and am thankful to have one. Meorial day weekend started off good then I was rear ended (not in a good way either ) on Memorial day so I am in a lot of pain today. My back hurts so badly...it's hard to sit at my desk and I may leave early gain from work. I can't take the good stuff here so the pain is unbearable at times. Car is not bad but is actually a lot worse off than it appears. The guy is paying for it as it was his fault so now I have to deal with all of that on top of my already hectic life.

Hope you are all well...DQ good to see ya posting again and I hope all is well with your sis and other family.

Denise you are a mess ( a good mess you crack me up) and my life has not been the same since I met ya...and that is a good thing in case you were wondering. OH FYI I am a horrible phone person. My job consists of me being on the phone for hours ( literally sit here with a headset on) so when I get home and/or out of the office being on the phone is the LAST thing I like to do. Bry, Jenn and anyone who knows me knows to either text me or catch me on IM. PLEASE forgive me and I hope you understand.
