Just curious if there are any Grey's fans to discuss the season finale and speculations for the upcoming season! i was really impressed with the finale given how odd the entire season had been prior! would love to hear any thoughts!!

lol I started one of these like a few days ago...only one person responded...

but I LOVE Grey's! It was definitely a crazy and shocking one! I literally screamed out loud "ITS GEORGE!" and my mouth dropped!

I think definitely George is dead so TR Knight wouldn't be back, but there has been speculation whether or not Katherine was really leaving or not so that is the one I was waiting all season long to see. And they left it open until next season!!

Glad there is another Grey's watcher!

oh cool! more fans of the show!!! sorry i missed your last thread..i must have not been on that day. i kind of pop in and out....

did you guys notice the dress Izzy had on was the one she was wearing when Denny died? i was also shocked that was George. honestly i totally forgot about the 007. when she said "it's George!!" i sat there with my mouth wide open! they GOT ME. i had been complaining about the writing all season but they pulled this off so good. kudos to the writers!

as for Izzy, i can't help but wonder if next season we'll see a "beep..... beep...." emerge back. i don't think she'll stay with the show but she may be back for just a bit longer. if she did die in the finale, i would have much rather have seen denny waiting for her too with an outstretched hand...and her saying "i thought you were a hallucination....." and him saying "i was the only thing that was not. it was just not the time to tell you" then have them go off into the "light" together with George as the third wheel i suppose. but that would have been great! and Denny really needs to go into the light b/c he's been hovering around that hospital for much too long. i like Izzy and Alex but i just can't help but to think of Denny as her true love. if we can't have them onscreen then at least the thought of them together in eternity makes me happy.

I admit i fast forwarded through Meredith and McDreamy's post it vows or whatever. i'm very tired of them.

it will be bittersweet if both George and Izzy are gone..just a huge shock. they were such main players for so long.

but i did notice a movie advertisement during the 2 hour finale of a new movie Katherine is in. kind of made me laugh...seemed to make it obvious she was leaving but who knows. we have to wait for next season! any speculations for next season? think Izzy will stick around a bit longer?

also, who do you like best as a couple overall or for Izzy...Izzy & Alex or Izzy & Denny. just curious to hear what the other fans think!

I thought the season finale was outstanding. When they brought George into the emergency room I had a feeling it was him when they zoomed in on his eyes. Also, there was no sign of him for qutie some time even though everyone was talking about his intervention. I hope both come back. They did a nice job leaving the door open for a George return even if T.R. decides not to come back (considering the amount of plastic surgery he will need).

Sara, you ask a very good question about Izzy and Alex or Denny. I like both of them so much, but in recent episodes Alex really grew on me a lot. He loves Izzy so much that I have to lean toward him. I was really pulling for Izzy and Denny though earlier so its very difficult for me to choose one. One thing I can say is I think Meredith and Derrick are a snooze.....

omg when it was george my mouth friken droped from here to the ground i think geoege is going to die and izzie live
