Tonight I will be going to the High School to watch the spring concert. My daughter plays the trumpet The band will be doing songs from Disney Movies, and they will also perform with the choir and do a bit from High School Musical, it sounds really cute and I'm excited! I always love going to watch the kids in school plays and stuff...Alyssa will enjoy it to because of all the music. Tomorrow is my day off, so during the day I plan on taking Alyssa to lunch, and then to the playground, so that should be nice! Then tomorrow evening we have to head to Connecticut for a family thing (in-laws). Hubby was supposed to take my son deep sea fishing on Saturday, but they are calling for rain, so they cancelled the trip. Guess they will have to just deal with the girls that will spending the night unless they find something else to do! Okay, I have to go because someone is supposed to be coming in soon to drop off an application and deposit for an apartment...take care ya'll, and have a great day! Tess: Your son will have a blast I bet I am a true loving Fishing person I hope you have fun with Alyssa tomorrow and have fun at your daughter's Concert I bet they will have a blast!!I am still looking for work!! The concert last night was amazing!! The theme was Disney,..."Wishes". They raised money for the Make a Wish foundation and presented them with a check during the show. Usually they will have the band perform, and then chorus, and Delta Force...last night they all performed different songs together. I really enjoyed it, and I also heard other parents saying how this was the best concert that the school has ever put on! Britt's band teacher is just amazing, and she's so much fun! She came out at the end, right before the band performed Fantasia, and she was dressed as Mickey to conduct the show..it was great! |
