Whatever I may think of either of them, or what either of them may or may not have done, I feel compelled to pray for their family. With Mother's Day right around the corner, especially, it's just hard to believe how things have changed since the show first aired. I just pray that whatever they do that mostly those eight children will be okay. I didn't see last night's Larry King, but I'm guessing it must have been pretty tough for Kate, or else she must be made of some pretty tough stuff.

I don' think he did anything wrong! you know how the camera's cn make it look like something naughty is happening but it's really not! I also think that since Jon doesn't want to do the show anymore and it was up in the air, this way theirs a dark cloud over the family show so it probably won't be back in the fall! I for one will miss it, their children are so cute! And their squables with each other make me realize that We're doing just fine!

ITA!! I think it was an missrepresentation of the facts! But that being said I know stressfull a marriage is with 3 children I can't imagine what I would do In their situation! Not giving that sort of thing free pass, but people make mistakes! I hope everything works out for them because I for one would think he would sc%$@d! Child support x 8? He'd never have a day off again! Just the accusations and trust alone are sure to give them a hard time!

That's part of my point exactly. No matter what may have happened or who you believe, these people obviously have some serious issues to work through and I hope for the sake of all involved that they are able to.

From what I understand, Jon said that this was not how he saw in life in the past...he thought he would be 50 married to a nineteen year old........well horsefeathers, how many of us end up where we dream of at 20?.....Had he not met this woman, his mate, maybe at 50 he would be single, childless, and with a 19 year old girl......yep, that is a recipe for success!!
I personally think Jon answered a question, had a visit with a friend, whose brother wanted to get some limelight, and nothing more.
And even, okay, I'll play the big "what if".....how many 19 year olds want a 30ish man with 8 kids!!! LOL After child support, he could take her to Sonic for the $1 menu. I do not believe he is that stupid, and I believe he is a commited husband & father. JMO

Maybe instead of worrying over the reality show families, look around your own community.....I am sure there may not be 8, but I am positive there is one that could use some help. A single mom a few hours to herself, and older neighbor just may want to chat..........Whatever Jon, or anyone like him says or does is a big deal because they are public......many worse things are not put in cute little shows........Again JMO..........RJII

I don't think he did what they are saying he did... I do think he did do something that was not quite on the up and up... but it got blown out of proportion by the press just like a lot of things do when it comes to people who choose to live their lives in the pulic eye. Which is exactly what these two parents decided to do.. so they are going to be subjected to alot of untruths and slanted press.

Personally, I think those children should not be exposed to any of this... the twin are old enough to know what is going on.. and the sextuplets have pretty much lived their whole lives on television. I just don't think it is healthy or normal for real famlies and children to always have cameras in their faces.. I think it is because the twins don't like being on television all the time, that they sometimes look bratty when they are on screen...unless they are just taping them on a bad day or editing for the drama of it all.

I also think Kate Gosslin is one of the meanest rudest control freaks on earth... the way she talks to her husband on television is horrible and so totally disrespectful... maybe that is why he may have wandered... a person can only be put down and berated so much. And you can be sure if it was him who talked to her the way she talks to him.. well people would have plenty to say about it.

I just don't get when a man says or does something abusive or disrespectful to a women, he is hung out to dry.. but when a women or wife does it to a man, it is all good. I don't watch this show because I can't stand how she talks to him. If I ever talked to my mate that way, he would surely tell me where to go and how to get there... why Jon does not stick up for himself is beyond me. I hope this last season was just that, the last season.
