special prayers goin out ta out mama once again~~anyone heard any news taday?

No word yet today rudy2- maybe no news is good news- keep the faith and keep the prayers going for sweet mama..

No new updates on mama in several days- she must be putting up a good fight-- God Bless you Mama- you are in our thoughts and prayers-come on girl!!

I know she didn't like me because she got in the middle of a conversation where I didn't quote a troll I was addressing last summer, but I'm very sorry to hear about that. I always like mamabing, she was showing so much passion in all her posts. I never posted in the chit-chat thread, but she seems to be such an helpful person in there. I'll have an extra prayer for her tonight.

We received this notice from mama's son Rick just a bit ago--

Good evening ladies,
Mamabing left this world at a little after 7:00 this evening to be with her parents and Little Wally the son they lost at birth. She went peacefully and quickly, from heart failure, probably because it was the largest organ in her body. I hope the time, and the laughter you got to share with her will stay in your heart for a lifetime, Mom loved her time with each and every one of you and she knew you all were praying for her each and every day, I made sure I told her as much as I could remember about the things you were sending about her, and Im sure it filled her heart with joy. As we mourn this wonderful woman that I knew as my mama we will remember her thundering laugh and her ability to put a smile on our face when needed, and her ability to get your attention when she had to.
Funeral arrangements will be completed tomorrow sometime I will let you know once I know.

I am heartbroken . I so enjoyed Mama's postings here in the recipe thread, the lounge in general and over on the Y&R board. We emailed as well, and I just loved her take on life. We have lost a dear, dear lady.

The news of mamabing's passing has broken my heart. She was a wonderful, sweet, caring lady who always knew when I needed someone to talk to and when I needed a good laugh. She loved posting and sharing her recipes with everyone here. My thoughts and prayers are with mamabing's family. She was a very special woman who will be sorely missed.

We are going to miss her soooooooo much- we can't even begin to know how much just yet-- its going to take some time- I am heartsick as I know we all are- mama was a keeper, and just being mama she made me laugh more than anyone else I can think of - she was true blue through and through-- God has a new angel now and one who can cook-God Bless Mama-

I haven't been on the board for awhile, but I kept in touch with Mama by email. I knew she was sick through Dandylyon. And I am so saddened to hear of her death! She was a special lady to me because I also am part German. I will always remember her, and keep her recipes as precious memories! May she rest in peace....

I didn't know her well, but I always looked forward to what she had for dinner and reading her wonderful recipes.

She was quick to reply to any cooking questions we had, and offered advice on how to cook things that we were unsure of.

Mamabing was a lovely lady and will be missed by all of us!

Heaven has a new angel and I'm betting they will be eating well if Mama has a say so...

i was also saddened by this news i was so praying for a miracle god bless mama and her wonderful family as gommie said she will always be our mama. there is a new star in the sky tonight and i am praying for mama as she makes her final journey home rest in peace mama we will miss you

Hopefully she left for a better place, but she's going to be missed by so many. I really feel for her family and what they're going through. It's bringing me back so many sad memories.

OH i am truly saddened.... i just looked on here for updates, and surely wasnt expecting this news... my heartfelt prayers go out to the family at this sorrowful time...
