By the way to the whole dress code and God I'm not getting into a debate on my religion! I like it it works for me and thats it! after all my Years of catholic school, I believe what I do and nothing will change it!

I'm not looking to debate you on your religion or change your opinion.

You posted that god never told people how to dress, when the book of Liviticus clearly has many laws about how to dress, as does other parts of the bible.
The other thing you posted was that, "some of the greatest sculptures were done by christians and guess what they are nude..."
I only asked for you to name them because I, who have studied a bit about art, have never heard of them, and I was not sure how that would relate to what god said about wearing and how to wear clothing.

and here's more to add on....those sculptures were done in the name of Art and not profiting solely on one's s*xuality which i believe are very different. there is Art and there is profit off of exposing yourself which are 2 very different things. in the contract, she is supposed to disclose any photographs of her that could be defined as risque. more so than the pictures, it's the fact she never said anything that is in question.

but all of that aside..do you know what really gets to me about her? it's not her opinion..she is entitled to it. she did not deserve to be called any vile names by perez hilton b/c of her opinion....even if she did not word things in the most eloquent of ways, she still has a right to her opinion and was under fire for it - that was a hard question to answer in order to please everyone no matter what. BUT what really annoyed me was that she FURTHER exasperated the situation by openly supporting groups opposed to gay marriage AFTER the fact and without any permission from the pageant officials. so besides violating the original contract by not disclosing what she should have, she took advantage of her role as a representative to speak out against gay marriage which is HER belief. i don't care what her personal values are but i do not like the idea of her going around speaking out about how it's wrong..is that a good representative for any sort of example for unity? NO it's NOT.

btw i actually find this entire issue to be trivial in the greater scheme of things in the world. however it is a topic of interest and i do have an opinion to add.

Quote cats meow: i know we have exhausted this topic, but i just wanted to share this joke i read this morning, it made me laugh

Donald Trump came to the defense of Miss California, Carrie Prejean, despite her opposition to same-sex marriage. Trump then said he personally believes that marriage is a sacred institution between a man and a series of progressively younger women." --Jimmy Kimmel

Does the opinion of a Miss Anywhere really matter? Other than the pageant itself when does anyone ever hear from these barbie dolls? What would be really funny is if a "gay" contestant won Miss America What would The Donald do? Time to rid the world of these parades/charades and admire woman for more than objects.

Hi Sunny, my friend!! I've about said all I have to say on this subject, but as far as the grand scheme of things, I still have to get up, clean house, cook, run errands, garden, etc. What she does or says ultimately doesn't change my life in the least. It seems the ones making the big deal out of it are the pro/con groups and the Miss Universe officials.

I still -find the whole episode of Miss California just happened to be the "one" who "picked" the gay marriage question VERY SUSPECT, especially after the Prop. 8 controversial vote and it is now b4 the state Supreme Court. Donald Trump is and always has been a businessman(MR. ART OF THE DEAL). Well Mr. art of the deal has had CONTROVERSEY in every one of his pagents since buying the Niss America. Perez Hilton gets on and blasts her immediately after the contest is over. Perez Hilton was hired by Donald Trump was Perez's tirade scripted? HMMMM. Because it didn't take long for Perez to kiss and make up after the Donald milked this controversey for all it was worth by being on every talk show and morning new program. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
