Thanks! I appreciate that. I've read that thyroid problems can lead to not only infertility but mental retardation too in a fetus. Thank god, that if I DO have it-then at least its manageable.

Nonnie--if you get desperate and it seems like you arent getting anywhere with your daughters surgery--I urge to see outside the country too for help. Right now, I know about a dozen of people who have left the US for cancer treatments, organ transplants and fertility stuff. They were so satisfied with the results and also they paid 1/4 of what they would've paid for teh same treatment here. So there is hope! God bless you also for staying strong!

anyway..I don't post very often but read most everything.
I am 71 yrs old and live in Beaumont Texas.
I spend a lot of time on the computer or watching TV.
My health don't let me do much of anything else. So
I do enjoy reading eveyones opinion and about what is
going on in your lives.


I have one son. He lives in Houston with my daughter-in-law and one grandaughter who is 12 yrs old.
