Teri figures out Liberty's secret, Liberty tries to share her secret with Parker, Bob has a brain tumor, and Tom and Margo lash out at Alison for keeping Bob's health a secret!
At the farm, Liberty hides a bag under the table, as Teri arrives to drop off food for Holden's funeral. Teri notices Liberty is distracted and wants to spend time with her. Liberty anxiously takes off. Teri looks at what is in the hidden bag and drops it, as Liberty rushes in and grabs it before taking off again.
Craig wants to schedule a photo shoot for Parker, but Rosanna reminds them about Holden's funeral. Rosanna embraces Parker and asks what she can do for him.
Casey demands to know what is going on between Riley and Alison. A frantic Alison interrupts and asks for help with Bob. Casey and Riley take off to meet her and see a collapsed Bob. As the paramedics transfer Bob, a tearful Alison tells Riley she could have stopped this from happening!
Kim wonders why Bob is taking so long to get her ice cream. Margo assures her that he wouldn't leave his best girl alone for long. Casey interrupts and asks if he can borrow his parents alone for a moment. Outside, Casey informs them that Alison found Bob collapsed in Old Town. An angry Tom yells at Alison, "What did you do to my father?" Alison informs them about Bob's episodes and how Bob wanted to keep them a secret. Margo and Tom are angry that she didn't get medical attention. Riley tries to defend her, and Tom becomes angry that she confided their family business with Riley. A doctor interrupts and informs them that Bob cancelled his original appointment and is running an MRI. Tom and Margo continue to lecture Alison. Kim barges out of her room demanding to know where Bob is! Margo takes her back into the room. Tom returns and tells everyone that Bob has a mass in his brain and surgery is probable. He then tells Alison if something happens to his dad because of her, he will never forgive her! Margo orders Alison to stay away from her family!
Craig asks a distracted Teri why she is not interested in the Metro renovations. Teri doesn't want to talk about Janet's family business, but Craig persuades her to confide in him. She admits that she believes Liberty is pregnant! Craig asks if Parker is the father, but Teri isn't sure. Craig thinks Carly will kill him, but Teri points out that Rosanna was supposed to be looking after the children. Craig takes off to find Parker.
A nervous Liberty calls Tony and leaves him a message. She then calls Parker and asks if he can meet her. Parker goes to the park and she apologizes for bothering him when he has so much going on. Parker asks why she is sad. Liberty tells him she has made so many mistakes in her life. She cries and runs away.
Craig heads back to the house to talk to Parker and lies to Rosanna it is about a photo shoot. Rosanna wants to give Parker a break, but Craig demands to know where Parker is. She informs him he is visiting Liberty in the park.
Parker chases after Liberty and reminds her that they have seen one another at their worst and she can confide in him. Liberty feels like she is moving back, while he is moving forward. Parker begs her to stop pushing him away. She is about to tell him her secret, but Craig arrives and she runs off. Craig tries to figure out if Parker knows about Liberty's pregnancy, but Parker tells him he is putting girls on the backburner.
Tom tells a sleeping Bob that he is so angry at him for keeping his health problem a secret. He tearfully begs Bob to come back to them.
A tearful Kim tells Margo she is upset at herself for not listening to Alison. She orders Margo to get the doctor so she can see her husband immediately.
Riley pulls Margo aside and orders her to listen to him! Riley tries to persuade Margo to be supportive of Alison. He reminds her of the criminal things he has done and begs her to give Alison a second chance like she did for him. Tom interrupts and demands to know what they are discussing! Riley tries to defend Alison, but Tom angrily tells him his father could die and he has no right to weigh in on something so personal. After Riley leaves, Tom wonders why Margo allowed Riley to talk to her like that. She tries to cover, but Tom doesn't buy it.
Parker returns home and Rosanna tells him there is a small gathering of friends at the farm for Holden. Parker wants to be there for Faith. Rosanna asks how the photo shoot went. Parker informs her that Craig just wanted to know what was going on between him and Liberty, not a photo shoot.
Craig arrives back at Metro and tells Teri that Parker is not the father, but Teri is still upset that Liberty is pregnant. Teri worries how Janet will feel because she never wanted Liberty to end up like her. Craig tells Teri he cares about her and will help her however he can. He is interrupted with a call from Rosanna who asks about the photo shoot. He lies that the photo shoot went great.
Casey finds Alison on the roof and asks if she can stand to be around him. She assures him she always wants to be around him, but feels bad his family hates her. Casey thinks everyone is just on edge. As they embrace, Tom interrupts and asks if Casey knows what Margo and Riley are hiding from him! Casey tries to cover for them. A tired Tom leaves, but still believes they are hiding something. Alison thinks Casey knows what is going on and begs him to learn from her mistakes and tell the truth.
Liberty tells Tony she is pregnant, but he denies being the father because they only did it once. After he runs away, she ignores a call from Parker and bursts into tears.
Margo returns home and is angry that Riley would risk having a private conversation in public! Riley yells that he is going crazy calling her Margo and not being a family member. Margo begs him to stay strong.
Kim sneaks into Bob's room and tells him they are quite a pair in the his and hers matching hospital gowns. She tells him she has decided to sneak into his room at night to cuddle. She promises one day they will laugh about their situation, but begs him to hold on and she will hold on to him.

A tearful Lily begs Damian not to let her go. He promises he never will.
A couple is holding Holden hostage. The woman asks what they should do with him. The man remarks they will get rid of him and he pulls out a gun!
