Henry Is Shocked Again And Again.

Wednesday, August 19 2009
Dusty and Bonnie are more than friends, Emily and Paul rearrange the office, and Paul, Emily, Barbara, Henry and Vienna find Audrey and James in the wine cellar.

At the Lakeview reception desk, a man asks a clerk for help finding Audrey. She overhears this and quickly runs into the elevator.

Henry is looking into the mirror at himself in his room and asks Vienna if she sees a resemblance between he and his father or brother. Audrey bangs on their door and they let her in. Henry asks her what’s going on. She tells him that Jay Stanhope is looking for her. He asks her why this man is also called Ray Zuma. Henry demands an explanation. She says she’s a victim and that she owes Jay Stanhope fifty grand for a bad real estate deal but adds that she’ll get the money from Henry’s dad. She reminds him of the letter he received from his father but he accuses her of writing it herself. Audrey pleads with Henry. She says she received emails and that she is sure his dad is thrilled to have a son. Henry leaves the room to see if anyone is looking for her. She swears to Vienna that James is really Henry’s father. Henry returns to says there is no one in the hall and she says she’s leaving to prove the truth. He tells Vienna not to be taken in, but Vienna says Audrey could be in real trouble and that they should help her.

Bonnie tells Dusty at Worldwide that he was lucky because of Paul Ryan’s testimony. He says he’s not going to waste his freedom and plans to relieve Lucinda of her duties. Bonnie says it was a mistake for her to see him. Just then Emily comes along and Bonnie leaves. He asks Emily what he can do for her. She tells him about her new newspaper and says she wants to make a deal with him. She wants to rent space from him.

At Fairwinds, Paul tells Barbara that he is going to hold James until he dies. Emily walks in and asks who they're talking about. She says she’s here about the money she owes him and that if he’s going to be spiteful, she’s hired a lawyer so that he won’t get the money he gave her. He tells her she has no right to keep that money. Emily tells Barbara that if she hadn’t had Paul committed, this wouldn’t have happened. She says her lawyer will be sending her roses. She leaves to work at her newspaper. Barbara asks Paul what he’s going to do about his father.

Audrey shows up at Fairwinds and introduces herself to Barbara who is sitting on the couch alone. She says she is looking for her and wants to talk about James Stenbeck. Barbara says that Stenbeck terrorized both her and her son for years. She points out that James is dead. Barbara bids her good day.

At the office, Paul demands his money from Emily but then kisses her. She slaps his face. They talk about the past and she kisses him and starts to rip off his shirt. They tumble around the office undressing each other.

Jay runs into Audrey at Oldtown and threatens her. Barbara overhears them and approaches Audrey trying to help her get away from him. He leaves and Audrey says that they should leave to have the conversation she wanted to have earlier. At the coffee shop, Audrey tells Barbara that even though she deserves the money, she is dead meat if she doesn’t pay it back. She wonders if Paul could help. Barbara tells her not to do that and says if she promises not to bother Paul, she will write her a check for fifty thousand dollars. While Barbara gets a pen, Audrey takes Barb’s keys from her purse.

At the Lakeview, Dusty tells Bonnie he has a second chance because of her. He says he likes and respects her but wants to protect her from himself. She says she can decide if she needs protection or not and takes him to her room.

At Fairwinds, Audrey finds James in the wine cellar. He gives her a very deadpan hello but then tells her she's still beautiful. While she sits on his knee, she tells him that she’s told Henry about his parentage. She stands and gives him a sensual neck rub. He asks her to take him to their son and kisses her.

Bonnie and Dusty make out and she pushes him onto the bed while she removes her clothes and lies on him. They kiss. They have sex, then she says that now that they've got this out of their system they can be friends and leaves. She returns angry that he didn’t chase after her. She throws herself on him again and they kiss.

On the floor of the office, Paul and Emily finish up their lovemaking session and talk about the money he gave her. She offers him a partnership in the company. He says she makes him feel good about who he is. They continue to kiss while Barbara barges in. She tells him that there are people looking for his father. Suddenly she realizes that Audrey stole her keys. Emily walks back into the office and asks her if James is really alive.

Henry tells Vienna that he will agree to bail his mom out but says it’s the last time. Vienna assures Henry that he is doing the right thing. He sees a letter from Oakdale Memorial addressed to Audrey and opens it. It contains DNA results which say that he’s a match with James Stenbeck. He realizes the previous results must have been fake. They go to the wine cellar and both scream at the top of their lungs when they see Audrey sitting on James’ knee. She asks them if they believe her now. He shuts his eyes again and says it’s a horrible dream. Audrey tells Henry to say hello to his father. James tells him not to hold grudges or be afraid of him. Henry and Vienna try a fast exit, but when they open the door, Paul, Barbara and Emily are standing there. All of their jaws drop and Barbara approaches Audrey and James. James tells Paul to say hello to his brother. Barbara screams at Audrey. “You had a child with him?” With an evil smirk James says, “Don’t you just love family reunions?”

Wow, haven't seen Dusty in a while...and haven't missed him either.

Good afternoon to all.

I just love Henry, and Vienna, they are good together. Henry had better watch his back, James will try and distroy him just like he has Paul, and Barbara, even though Paul is crazy like his dad, hope that Henry can stay like he is, very sweet and nice, I think this DNA test is fixed, just like ever DNA test on these soaps. All have a peaceful evening.

I am beginning to like Henry's mother. She and Barbara were funny and the family scene was just hilarious. I don't quite know what to say about James other than it seems nothing can kill him nor will he die.

I could have gone without seeing Bonnie and Dusty; however, it did answer the question someone had a while ago about his trial/punishment.

Today’s episode was so funny! What a family reunion! I love that Henry is James’s son. It makes since, I think they have similar personalities except Henry is a good guy. I am especially happy that Henry is not a front burner character, he deserves it.

GLandWT I like Henry’s mother too. I think she and James are perfect for each other.

I’m not sure if I like Dusty with Bonnie. I actually liked him with Josie but they got rid of her. I think Ro might be a better match for him.

What is James Stenbeck, a friggin' cat?! The man has died more times and in more ways than Rasputin and he just keeps coming back to do more damage. What is it going to take to get rid of him, and exorcism?

Love Henry and Vienna. They just work. Henry better be careful with James though, he's a snake and Henry is impulsive.

Dusty could ride off into the sunset for all I care. They ruined him for me when they paired him with Meg. And well Bonnie, she's not on my list of characters I tune in to watch. The last person I really liked Dusty with was Lucy and that was ages ago.

Would love to see Audrey stick around for a long time. Great actress...paired perfectly with Henry and Vienna! Henry has become one of my favorites on the show. He is so entertaining! Henry and Vienna should have been nominated for soap award couples and him for best actor in some kind of role. He deserves his own category!

good morning posters,

just have to log on this am and put in my two cents woth this am ....yesterday's show was a hoot.
it was so good to see henry ( now we see where henry gets all his craziness from...mama audrey) and vienna. the match between barbara and audrey were great. it was also good to see that nothing gets pass barbara (stay sharp girl, cause audrey is no emily).

the scene between bonnie and dusty were smokin...pls don't make bonnie a weakling (don't be a damsel in distress, like meg). bonnie, make him work for it....don't be an easy lay (i mean that in the nice way).
