Lily and Luke go to search for Holden, Meg and Damian cut their vacation short, Alison and Bob spar over who caused Kim's overdose, and Tom wants to press criminal charges against Alison.
Tom is angry that Riley is upsetting Casey during a rough family time, but Margo makes him hold back to let the boys work it out themselves. Margo wants them to focus on Kim, but Tom is angry that Riley is harassing Casey.
Casey yells that he has no problem outing Riley as Adam. Casey wonders how it is fair that he got away with what he did to Gwen and Maddie. Riley tells him he has no idea how to care for Alison! Casey tells him to leave Alison alone. The yelling escalates and Tom steps outside and asks what Alison has to do with Kim. Casey admits that Alison was with Kim when she collapsed. Tom is angry that Alison caused the heart attack, and then yells at Riley that he should stay out of family matters!
Bob is puzzled as to what happened to Kim. A nurse arrives with the lab work, which shows ten times too much medication! Alison tells Bob that he did it! Alison tells Bob she respects him too much not to tell him the truth and he adjusted Kim's drip. Bob thinks she is trying to pin the blame on someone else. Alison calmly tries to recount the events of the previous day, but Bob tells her none of it happened and she needs to be screened for drugs! He angrily storms off to check on Kim, and Alison calls Casey and tells him that Bob needs his family.
Emma arrives at Lily's with cookies for her family vacation. Emma tells Lily about the cruise. Lily admits she knows because Damian stopped by. Emma thinks they have to trust Meg. Lily thinks she is sailing smack into the middle of a mistake. Emma wonders if it is weird that Meg is dating her ex-husband. Lily cries that she is upset because Damian has a dark side. Emma thinks she should let it go and focus on her family and Lily smiles that she will as soon as she hears from Holden. Luke arrives as Emma is leaving. He is surprised they have not heard from Holden. On cue, Lily gets a call from a police officer who informs her there has been an accident! Lily tells Luke that Holden's car was found off of the side of the road. She decides to go find Holden on her own. Lily begins to fall apart, and Luke asserts he is going with her. As they leave, Lily tells herself that Holden has to be okay.
Damian escorts Meg to their room, which she remarks is a palace! She hopes Eliza won't cramp their style. Damian thinks the three of them being away together makes a statement. Meg asks if he is talking about Lily. He adds Emma and Holden to the list. Meg laughs that she swore off men for awhile, but he is too amazing to let go of and she feels safe with him. As they kiss, Eliza begins to cry. They are interrupted with a call from an upset Luke, who informs Damian about Holden's accident. Damian relays the bad news to Meg. Meg thinks it must be a mistake and wants to help find him. She asks Damian to take her to Kentucky, but he thinks she should take Eliza home and check on Emma. Meg is sorry about the trip, but he thinks that family is more important and makes plans to go to Kentucky to support Luke.
The police show Lily and Luke Holden's car has exploded. Lily realizes that Holden is still in the car! The police tell her it is too dangerous and they can't get to him. Lily yells she will go down there herself. The police and Luke hold her back as she screams for Holden! Luke tries to reason with Lily. Lily tells him Holden is alive because she would feel it if he were dead. Damian arrives and pulls Lily back. He tells her he can't let her go down there and holds her. Luke admits he called Damian. Damian wants to get her someplace safe, but Lily wants to stay near Holden. She cries that Holden could be suffering and he needs her. Damian softly tells her that the car exploded, but Lily knows he is down there and she is not giving up hope. Luke stays with Lily while Damian leaves to take care of something.
Bob tells Kim he will always take care of her. Alison enters the room and informs him that his family has arrived. Bob steps outside and tells his family that Kim was given an overdose, but they caught it in time. Tom is puzzled since Bob was by her side the entire time. Bob tells them he took a short break, and another nurse tells the family that Alison was in the room with Kim alone! Tom asks Alison if she decided to go after Kim twice in one day. Alison cries that she never meant for any of this to happen. Tom orders her to leave or he will have her arrested! Alison runs away, and Bob wants to focus on caring for his wife.
Casey chases after Alison. She is upset that everyone thinks she is guilty. Casey tells her he believes her and wonders why she didn't defend herself. She tells him she knows he doesn't believe her and runs off.
Meg goes back to the farm and tells Emma that something came up and they had to cancel the trip. Emma wonders what is really going on, and Meg apologizes that she can't tell her the truth until she knows more. Damian calls Meg and sadly informs her that Holden's car exploded. Emma tells Meg that Holden's favorite horse was kicking in the stall and for a brief moment she had a strong feeling that Holden was in the barn with her. She then asks if something is wrong with Holden. Meg sadly informs Emma about the wreck. Emma refuses to believe that Holden is gone.
Alison heads to Java and sees Riley. He begs her to sit down before she passes out. She tells him she is in a huge mess and can't get out of it without destroying Bob. Riley tells her she can't let it go. Alison thinks she saw fear in Bob's eyes and is not willing to accept responsibility for hurting Bob's feelings. Riley offers to help talk to Tom and Margo or she will lose everything she worked for. Alison refuses to hurt Casey's family.
Casey tells Tom that Alison is not to blame. Tom becomes irate and wants to press charges against Alison because she is a danger to the hospital. Casey thinks he is out of line and Alison is too careful to make the same mistake twice. Tom and Margo decide to stay at the hospital, and Casey is angry they are staying to monitor Alison. Tom wants Casey to stay away from Alison for awhile because she could be facing criminal charges!
The police tell Lily they found a body near the wreckage. They hand her Holden's watch, which was found near the wreckage. Damian tells her there is nothing more she can do there, but Lily doesn't want to leave Holden there all alone. Damian gently tells her that Holden is gone as they look over the cliff.

Emma yells to Meg and Lily, "We should be thinking about Holden, not Damian. If you can't respect that, then both of you get out!"

As Audrey sits on James's lap and Henry looks on in horror, James tells Paul, "Say hello to your brother. Don't you love family reunions?"
