Barbara tries to save Paul from Emily, Emily tries to convince Hunter to be her partner, Paul gets new roommates, Bob has another major slipup, Alison overdoses Riley, and Tom is annoyed with Riley.
A confused Bob emerges from a hospital room. Alison asks if he needs help. He snaps back at her that if he needs help from "Susan," he'll ask for it. She points out that she is Alison, and he retorts, "Of course," and walks away.
Margo and Riley chat about how great her marriage is to Tom. He nods off and Margo notices he is running a fever. Tom walks in to see Margo's hands all over Riley and angrily leaves. Margo tells Riley she hates lying to Tom. Riley blames himself, but Margo doesn't want to lose any more time with him. She then begs him to see a doctor and he agrees to go on his own. He tries to stand up, but falls over and calls a taxi instead.
Alison tells Casey she had a weird moment with Bob. Casey thinks Bob has a strange sense of humor, but Alison thinks it is more serious than a joke. Casey wonders if it could be Alzheimer's. Alison thinks it could be a lot of things, but they should investigate before jumping to conclusions. Casey thinks they should talk to Tom.
Barbara asks Paul to call her mom, but he tells her he doesn't remember her. She begs him to have the surgery to remember who he was, but Paul doesn't want to be that guy again. He goes on to tell her he is giving away his money to Emily. Barbara is aghast and says, "To the blonde barracuda?" Paul tells her she can't stop him, and Barbara replies, "Watch me!" Barbara reminds him Emily shot him in the back, but Paul calmly says it is all in the past. Barbara tells him she will not let Emily get her clutches into him again!
Emily informs Hunter that she is the new owner of a brand new print publication. Hunter wishes her luck, but Emily wants him to be her partner. Hunter orders her to stop trying to buy his affection! Emily points out if she was going to trick him he wouldn't see it coming and she truly thinks he is brilliant at what he does. Hunter informs her he already has a job...at Java! Behind the counter, Hunter breaks another glass and is fired. Hunter wants to meet Paul first before agreeing to work for him.
Casey and Alison tell Tom about Bob's slipups. Tom doesn't seem concerned and thinks Alison might be too cautious. He agrees they should keep an eye on Bob, but not to worry.
Emily and Hunter arrive at Fairwinds. Barbara tells Emily, "If you think I will let you take advantage of my son, you are sadly mistaken." Emily claims the investment was Paul's idea, but Barbara tells her she used her wiles on him. Emily claims Barbara is acting like she put a gun to his head and Barbara retorts she already did. Paul tells Barbara if she continues to speak like that, she will be asked to leave his house! Barbara tells Paul if he has any memory, he would know pushing her is a bad idea and leaves. Emily introduces Paul to Hunter as her biological son. Paul then suggests that they move in with him and run the paper from Fairwinds. Hunter realizes they are a couple and when Emily brags, he says that is too much information from his mom. Emily smiles when he calls her mom.
Riley checks into the hospital. Bob and Alison examine him. Bob diagnoses him with the flu and asks Alison to give Riley 50 mg of medication. Alison asks if he is sure and Bob orders her to do it! Alison thinks the dosage is too high. Bob angrily tells her not to question his authority and give Riley the medication! As Alison begins to give Riley the medication, he goes into respiratory failure! Bob enters and yells at Alison for overdosing Riley and claims he only needed 5 mg! Alison waits with Riley until he wakes up. She apologizes for overdosing him and he assures her he will not sue if she cuts herself some slack. As he is getting dressed, Alison enters and is taken aback by his scars. Riley tells her he is grateful for his second chance and Alison thinks he should cut himself some slack.
Margo runs into Tom at the station. She pulls him aside and claims he overreacted to what he saw earlier with Riley. Margo then asks Tom if Adam were still alive, would he get the charges against him dropped. Tom says that Adam tried to rape a girl, and he wouldn't drop it because they let Casey go to jail for lesser chargers. Margo begins to cry, and Tom is scared that she is living in the past and wants her to see a doctor. They are interrupted when Riley calls Margo to tell her he is in the hospital. Margo lies that she has a case to work on and leaves.
Casey walks in as Alison is buttoning Riley's shirt and asks what is going on! Alison explains what happened to Riley, and Margo rushes in to take him home. Alison then fills Casey in on Bob's slipup, but admits she is not 100% sure he made the mistake. Alison tries to talk through the details and wonders if the mistake was hers. Casey thinks they should not report it since they are not sure what happened.
Bob meets Barbara for lunch. He tells her that Alison questioned his authority and then almost killed a patient. Barbara points out that she is a Stewart, and therefore, a walking disaster. Barbara tells Bob about Emily's influence over Paul. She thinks the only way to save him will be to have him committed!
Riley tells Margo she has to stop acting like his mom because it is too risky. Margo admits that Tom would not have dropped the charges against him, and she just wants to enjoy every second with him. Tom walks in as she is embracing Riley. When Margo steps out, Tom tells Riley when he is feeling better, he wants him to leave his house! Riley tries to argue that it is good for him to be there, but Tom insists that his presence is bad for Margo.
After making a toast, Emily thanks Paul for giving her a life and giving her a chance to get to know her son. She wonders how she can ever repay him. Paul kisses her and thinks she will come up with something.

Barbara arrives with men in white suits and tells Paul, "You're going to the hospital!"
Emily orders Paul to get into a crate.
Damian tells Lily to admit she is jealous. Lily laughs, "Of Meg?"
