Casey tries to set up Elwood, Luke counsels Jade, Craig and Carly do more business and Margo questions Alison about Reg's death!
Margo is at the police station when the news about Reg's drug overdose comes in. Tom is there; she is grateful Casey wasn't involved – and then learns that Reg collapsed at Casey's impromptu birthday party!
Margo tracks down Alison at the hospital and questions her about Casey's party, drugs and the other kids there. Alison haughtily says she doesn't do drugs and doesn't appreciate Margo's insinuations. Matt arrives, surprising Margo because she didn't know he had been released from prison. Matt explains about the party and his job at Yo's. Margo leaves. Matt asks Alison to take a walk with him.
Casey and Jade wake up, hung over, and can't believe they slept together. Luke and Noah walk in! They tell Casey about Reg's death and their suspicions about Elwood. Casey says they don't have enough to go to Margo – and sets up a meeting with Elwood! He leaves a message for Elwood to meet him in the park and tells Luke and Noah to get the cops to the park on time. Jade doesn't think this is a good idea but Casey won't listen. They leave. Tom returns home, finds Jade's bra and calls Margo! He is certain Casey brought Alison home until Margo tells him about Alison saying she was done with Casey. He leaves to find Casey.
Craig goes to see Carly and gives her bad news – their financial backer just backed out. He tells her not to worry because he has another backer lined up but they have to leave for New York right away. Carly angrily says she can't just drop her life because of his schemes. Craig reminds her of the money involved.
Carly and Craig arrive in New York to meet their new backer. They are both excited after the meeting. Craig says this time nothing will go wrong. He convinces her to come and celebrate with him over lunch. They arrive at a private club in Brooklyn; Craig says this is research and they go inside. Craig sets up a table with several bottles of vodka, telling her they have to sample some more varieties. They banter about the business and start drinking. Carly gets tipsy and feels sick so Craig orders caviar. He asks which bottle is her favorite; she says she can't tell. Craig blindfolds Carly and tells her to differentiate between the different brands. She can tell which brands were made by which distiller! They nearly kiss but Craig pulls back and leads Carly away!
Casey is waiting for Elwood in the park when Matt comes up to him. Casey tells him about their suspicions and his plan to set up Elwood. Matt offers to help but Casey won't let him. Matt leaves. Elwood arrives and they argue about the past. Casey whines about his work as a janitor and being kicked out of school. Then he asks Elwood for drugs. He is suspicious and turns away but Casey grabs him and covertly slips the drugs from Luke into his pocket! Matt comes back after Elwood walks off. Casey tells him what he did – and then Alison arrives! Casey turns to go and then apologizes to Allie for the night before. She says Matt made everything all right and then brings up Casey's one night stand with Jade! Casey storms off. Matt tries to get Alison talking about the night before. She finally tells him about seeing Casey and Jade together. She says Casey choosing Jade is her fault.
Alison and Matt walk back to the hospital. He says she deserves better! Alison takes a break and finds Matt with a picnic in the break room. She is touched that he remembered all of her favorite foods.
Luke and Jade go to Java for coffee. He questions her about Casey and warns her that Casey isn't a good guy. Noah is working. Luke reminds her that Casey is head over heels for Alison but she won't listen. Luke tells her to grow up, annoying Jade. Casey arrives and tells them about the set up. Noah is leery about what Casey did and Luke points out that they didn't actually see Elwood sell the drugs. Luke gives in; he and Noah leave for the police station. Jade tells Casey he did the right thing. Tom walks in and says they need to talk. "What are you doing with her?" Tom asks. Casey tells Tom that his romantic life is nobody's business. Tom brings up Reg's death and Casey swears Reg's death will be avenged. Jade interrupts and Tom hands her the bra, telling them to be more discreet! He walks out.
Luke and Noah meet with Margo at the police department and tell her about their suspicions after seeing Elwood and Reg outside. Margo is suspicious, especially when they say Reg collapsed a few minutes after that. Margo orders an officer to bring in Elwood. A few minutes later Elwood arrives. Margo asks if he knows Reg and then tells him about the overdose. Elwood is antsy but insists he doesn't know anything. Margo searches his backpack as another officer pats Elwood down. Margo doesn't find anything in the backpack; Elwood leaves. Luke and Noah can't believe it; they leave. Tom arrives and Margo says her lead was a dead end. Tom tells her about Jade and Casey. "Oh, what did we do to deserve this?" Margo asks!
Luke and Noah return to Java and tell Casey the plan didn't work. They leave. Casey vents to Jade. He vows to nail Elwood; she wants to talk about their relationship.
Craig gets Carly home but she is still feeling horrible. He makes cocoa for her and she teases him about housework. The backer calls Craig – he loved their idea and agrees to back them! Craig and Carly are thrilled! He kisses her! She pulls back; Craig says it was just a business kiss but, seeing how upset Carly is, swears it won't happen again. He returns to the kitchen, smiling.
