As the World Turns - DAILY UPDATES

At the farm, Faith and Natalie tell Lily they are going to a friend's house for breakfast instead of eating her pancakes. Lily pretends to not be upset. Holden enters and Lily comments she went overboard to compensate for the previous night. Holden says Faith cannot forgive her until she is ready. Lily thinks Holden has already given up on their marriage. Holden wants more time. They continue to rehash the same argument about being together and not being together at the same time. Holden leaves and Lily remains sad.

Noah calls Luke and tells him he is fine. Luke gets upset when he finds out Ameera called and he chased her to New York. Noah protests it is his messed up family and didn't want anything to happen to him. Luke says he is in love but Noah wants advice about what to do in New York. Luke begs him to come home, but promises he will make some phone calls and try to help.

Carly enters the police station and Jack immediately gets defensive and does not want to argue about last night. Carly smiles and tells him to shut up, as she hands him pictures of the children. After seeing the smiling picture of Parker, Jack regrets the way the night went before. Carly says they have beautiful reasons to keep the peace. He thanks her and she smiles and leaves.

At their house, Liberty interrupts Katie and Brad kissing over breakfast. She informs them she is moving in with them because Janet is out of control. Katie changes the subject to decorating her new room but Brad wonders why she wants to move in. Liberty tells them Janet is not helping her with her slack rules and wants to have a good influence in her life. Katie thinks they had a fight and that is why she wants to move in.

In a seedy hotel room, Ameera offers Colonel Mayer tea. He declines and tells her he needs her help. Ameera says there is nothing she would not do for him. He tells her he has fond memories of her and her mother. Ameera says she would not have survived without trusting him. He begs for her trust once again. He then hands her some tea and promises to protect her. As she drinks the tea, she begins to become groggy and passes out on the bed.

Carly arrives at the farm to check on Lily. Carly advises Lily not to beat herself up. Lily wants to know how she got through it. Carly thinks as long as they are under the same roof, it will not get better. Lily is skeptical but agrees her children cannot keep living under these hostile conditions. As Carly is leaving, Holden arrives and asks if talking to Carly helped her. Lily informs him she is taking the children and moving home and does not want him to go with them because she wants to focus on being a good mother. Holden protests they need a father, too. Lily thinks he should be happy because he will finally get his time and space.

Luke meets with his state contact to catch him up on what has happened. The state contact does not think an escaped convict would take the time to kidnap someone. Luke asks about the New York number, but the state contact informs him that nothing turned up. Luke calls Noah and informs him there is no new information and he is in danger and should come home immediately. The line goes dead.

At Brad and Katie's house, Janet arrives to pick Liberty up. Liberty informs her she is not going anywhere with her because she is living with them. Brad advises her to get dressed so they can talk to Janet. Janet is furious, but Brad thinks a hotel is no place to raise a child. Brad tells her he will continue to pay for her to stay at the Lakeview so she can be nearby. She excitedly throws her arms around Brad and then leaves to compose herself. Katie thinks Brad is out of his mind. Brad says he cannot kick Liberty's mother to the curb. As Janet eavesdrops, Katie says they should not bankroll Janet. Janet interrupts and excuses herself to leave.

At the diner, Henry is massaging Vienna's legs and thinks they need to hire her extra help. As she is waiting on Jack, Janet enters and asks about the help wanted sign. Vienna is impressed with Janet and hires her on the spot. Jack interrupts when he hears Janet's name, and introduces himself as Liberty's uncle. When Vienna realizes who Janet is, she informs her the job is off the table. Janet thinks it is discrimination, but Vienna says Brad is the husband of her very good friend Katie. Janet yells at Jack he cost her the job.

Colonel Mayer calls the state contact that Luke has been meeting with. The state contact assures the Colonel their deal will go through as planned.

At the studio, Janet arrives and angrily asks Brad if he sent Jack after her to ruin her life. She tells him about how Jack outed her as Liberty's mom and Vienna freaked out and fired her.

At Brad and Katie's new house, Jack stops by and seriously comments it is great for her to share a house with someone she loves. He then gives her a heads up about Janet and wonders if there is something he can do, but Katie informs him he helped her by getting her fired. Jack asks if she is worried that there might be sparks between Brad and Janet.

At the diner, Brad asks Henry to hire Janet to help Katie, because it will keep Janet out of their hair. Henry pleads to Vienna that hiring Janet will help Katie. Vienna agrees but still does not think it is a good idea. Janet arrives and Vienna angrily stomps away.

At the studio, Brad informs Katie about how he helped Janet get the job back at the diner. Katie gets upset because now Janet will be sticking around in Oakdale.

Holden bangs on Carly's door and asks what the hell she has done to his family. Holden argues he trusted her, but Carly reminds him he wanted distance. Holden angrily tells her she has not done such a great job with her family and to leave his alone.

Noah is trying to get into an abandoned warehouse when Luke surprises him. They embrace and Noah is thrilled Luke came to help him.

Lily and the children leave the farm. She glances around the kitchen and looks conflicted, but closes the door.

Liberty tells Parker that he has never kissed a girl as he lays a kiss on her.

Emily asks Casey, "How did it go?" as he tells her he could be in big trouble.

Meg informs Mike she is still in love with Paul and can't fight it anymore.
