As the World Turns - DAILY UPDATES

At the farm, Lily wakes up in the bed next to Holden and wants to reach out and touch him, but pulls away. He wakes up, says good morning, and rushes out of bed. They go to prepare breakfast when Faith enters and asks Lily if she likes her dress for the dance. Lily wonders why they didn't know about the dance and Faith says it should be obvious why she didn't tell them about chaperoning. Lily says they love doing stuff for her, but Faith tries to talk them out of it and Lily relents. After she leaves, Lily tells Holden that Faith is embarrassed by them. Holden leaves as Lucinda arrives. Lucinda remarks she knows she is supposed to keep her mouth shut, but feels Holden is being impossible. Lucinda then points out that the dance would be a chance for Holden to fall in love with her all over again.

At the house in Mill Town, Carly yells for Parker to hurry because Jack will be there soon. She finds a Spring Fling brochure in his backpack and accuses him of hiding things again. Jack arrives and Carly hands the brochure over as Jack dances the robot. Parker angrily goes to his room. Carly says she was worried Parker was keeping things from them again. Jack suggests they should both chaperone, but Carly informs him she thinks only one should go and does not want to go to a dance with him. Carly thinks if she suggested they do it together, Jack would accuse her of having ulterior motives. Jack thinks nothing he can say or do is right. Carly thinks he always wants to put her in her place and she will handle the dance alone. Jack angrily leaves.

Carly and Holden drop off Faith and Parker at school at the same time. Carly remarks that Holden looks a little bit down. After small talk, Carly tells Holden she has to head in to volunteer to chaperone the dance, but without Jack. Holden says Lily thought it was a bad idea for them to go. Holden tells Carly he and Lily have changed and they need time to move forward. Carly tells him that she and Jack just had a similar argument. Carly thinks Holden should chaperone the dance with her. He happily agrees.

At the cottage, Noah finds some envelopes hidden in a drawer. He calls Luke, who is at Java. Noah goes to Java with a letter from his father that was written after his father was in prison and cannot understand how it was in the cottage. Luke believes Ameera had something to do with it, but Noah does not think it makes sense. Luke then gives Noah the number of a state representative that Lucinda gave him and thinks that they should call together. The state rep meets them at the Lakeview and explains that Colonel Mayer had a relationship with Ameera for many years and gives details of money and dates wires were sent to her family. Luke asks Noah if he feels better knowing the truth, but Noah is still not convinced Ameera is guilty. Noah wants to ask Ameera the truth together.

At the cottage, Ameera hears a noise and sees Colonel Mayer waiting in the living room. Ameera asks if she can get him a drink, but he asks her to sit down. He asks if she is afraid of him. Ameera says she is not and wonders if anyone knows he is there. Colonel Mayer said he did not come to see Noah and needs her help.

Noah and Luke arrive at the cottage to see that Ameera is gone and has left him a letter. The letter says that she has found another way to stay in the country and will seek an annulment. Neither Noah nor Luke can believe it, but are happy that nothing is keeping them apart anymore. Noah happily says it is just the two of them. They begin to kiss and remove one another's shirts and then rush to the bed. As they both profess their love for one another, a policeman arrives at the door. The policeman explains that Noah's father escaped from prison early that morning.

At their new home, Brad and Katie are on the couch breathless after making love. Katie remarks they have made love in every room in the house. Brad says they missed a spot and they roll off the couch onto the floor. Katie gets up to go to work, while Brad says he is going to stay home and paint. Katie promises she will hurry home and help him get to the hard to reach places with her shirt off. As she is leaving, Lisa calls her cell and says there is a massive bill that needs to be settled at the Lakeview.

At the Lakeview, Janet arrives at the hotel suite with breakfast for Liberty. Katie pounds on the hotel door and goes in to wake Liberty up and take her to school. Janet asks how her first night in her new house was. Katie gloats it was better than she ever expected. They head to the lobby and Katie says Brad is painting the house so she will pick Liberty up from school. As Katie heads off to take Liberty to school, Janet heads to the hotel kitchen.

In the car outside of school, Katie and Liberty are arguing about the night Liberty stayed alone at the Lakeview during the Metro reopening. Katie informs her she got the bill from the hotel the night and she is busted. Liberty says it is not a big deal because Brad won't care since Parker is family. Katie calls Jack at the station and asks him to meet her to discuss Parker. She heads to the station and explains the room service bill of food and movies that Parker and Liberty ran up. Jack offers to pay half, and Katie remarks that Liberty was testing them and dragged Parker into it and hopes he will go easy on him.

Brad is painting shirtless when Janet arrives with food as a housewarming gift. She then asks why it is so hot. Brad says he blew out the AC messing with the wiring. Janet dramatically removes her shirt to reveal a skimpy dress and asks a speechless Brad if he feels like having a little Italian. Brad explains that he is flattered, but he is married. Janet cuts him off and says the Italian was about the lasagna. She then feeds him with her fork and asks if it is the best he ever had. A disgusted Katie arrives to see Janet feeding Brad. Katie informs them about Liberty's room service bill and how Liberty thinks Brad would not care. Brad says that while they were very specific about Liberty not having visitors, Parker is family so maybe Liberty has a point. Janet argues that as a parent with experience, Brad and Katie need to pick their battles better. Janet then gloats about her lasagna and Katie remarks she does not eat lasagna. Janet says she understands since the camera adds ten pounds. Brad rushes Janet out and Katie angrily says they have a big problem. Katie informs him that Janet has to call first if she wants to come over and that it would be unwise for him to not take her seriously. Brad pulls her in for a kiss and softens her.

Lily is planting flowers at the farm when Holden arrives. Lily tells Holden they need to do things together and thinks they should chaperone the dance together. Lily believes Faith's first dance is a milestone they should experience together and just be themselves. They hold hands and quietly look at one another.

Jack calls Carly and asks why she has not been answering her phone. He remarks that telling him to keep his distance from Parker is crossing the line. Jack informs her he is chaperoning the dance whether she likes it or not. After Jack hangs up on her, Carly calls Holden to tell him that Jack is chaperoning the dance and she is sorry for the change of plans, but he explains Lily also changed her mind. Carly thinks it is great that Lily and Holden are going together. Holden asks if she will be okay with Jack there. Carly thinks it will be fine, as they are both adults. After hanging up, she sits on the chair and looks concerned.

Paul arrives at the Lakeview to see Meg and Barbara and asks them what is going on.

Casey is hiding under Emily's desk as she explains to Tom she fired him, and Tom remarks that Casey working there was trouble waiting to happen.
