Katie follows Henry, Casey gives Margo an ultimatum, and Margo finally reveals the truth to Tom!
A frantic Henry goes to Audrey's suite and wants to let the attorney they kidnapped go. Audrey wants to wait until James croaks so Henry will inherit the money. As they argue, Vienna listens on and hears that they have kidnapped someone!
Vienna rushes to Katie's house and laments that Henry has been corrupted by James. Katie reminds her that Henry has always loved money. Vienna is worried he will end up in prison and begs Katie to talk to Henry and save him.
Tom and Kim wait at Bob's bedside. Kim cries that she wants her husband back. Tom wishes they had known about it sooner and blames Alison. Kim reminds him Alison came to all of them and he has to let it go, but Tom won't. Tom admits he is also upset about Riley's presence in Margo's life. Kim begs him to go home and be honest with Margo.
Riley tries to cheer up a depressed Alison at Java. Alison reminds him that she could have done more, but Riley thinks if Bob gets better, it won't matter. Alison thinks he has bigger issues because Tom can't stand him. Riley asks her to leave it alone. Alison tells him she is involved because it affects Casey. Riley orders her to back off, but Alison gets upset when he won't share the big Hughes family secret.
Casey tells Margo that Tom knows something is going on with Riley. Casey orders her to tell Tom the truth about Riley, or he will. Margo doesn't like lying, but doesn't think it is a good time. Casey points out it will never be a good time. Tom arrives as they are arguing and asks if anyone is ever going to tell him what is going on. Tom calmly tells them he feels like he is living in a secret society. Margo asks Casey to leave them alone so she can tell Tom the truth.
Katie and Vienna go to the Lakeview to separate Henry and Audrey so Katie can talk to Henry. Vienna takes Audrey shopping to distract her from Henry. Audrey manages to get Vienna to go try on an outfit. Audrey locks her in the dressing room and sneaks away!
Katie asks Henry what is really going on, but he tells her it is just his mother and he knows what he is doing. After they say their good-byes, Katie follows him. Henry goes to the boiler room and sees that the attorney is missing! Katie walks in and asks what he is up to! Henry admits he is crazy and his mother is turning him into a criminal to get the Stenbeck fortune. Katie tells him to calm down and they will deal with it.
As Kim cries at Bob's bedside, he wakes up and tells her he needs her! He then tells her the hospital is boring him silly. Kim cries tears of joy and kisses him.
Margo stammers and tells Tom before she tells him the truth, he has to promise not to blame Casey. She admits there is a connection with her and Riley because Riley is really Adam! Tom laughs and thinks she is joking, but she explains what really happened to Adam and how he had dozens of facial reconstruction surgeries after the bombing and took Riley Morgan's identity. Tom doesn't understand, but Margo tells him Adam has changed. Tom orders her to open her eyes because Adam is still lying. Tom is angry that she lied and then dragged Casey into it. He yells that Casey did his time, but Adam has made them all suffer. As Margo cries, Tom gets a call from Kim that Bob is awake. He tells Margo to stay at home because he can't bear to look at her.
Vienna runs into Henry and Katie in the Lakeview lobby and tells them she is going to kill Audrey for locking her up. Katie orders Henry to tell Vienna the truth. Henry admits the kidnapping scam and Vienna is horrified at Audrey's influence. On cue, Audrey calls Henry and asks him to ditch the broad squad and go to her room. Vienna and Katie want to go with him, but he promises to take care of Audrey and make her stop.
Casey goes to Java and happily tells Riley that the game is over and Margo is telling Tom the truth. Alison demands to know what is going on. Riley admits that he is Adam. Alison is stunned because he seems the opposite of all the horrible things he did. He promises that he is a different person now. Alison is weirded out and tells him she doesn't want to be anywhere near him.
Margo goes to Java and tells Adam that Tom knows the truth. He tells her there is nothing they can do and he is happy they don't have to lie anymore. Margo thinks it will be okay as long as no one but the family knows. Adam wants to accept responsibility for what he did like Casey. Margo believes Tom will take care of everything.
An angry Henry asks Audrey why she locked Vienna up, but Audrey tells him she has taken care of everything. She asks him to look in the laundry basket. He opens it and sees the attorney bound and gagged! Henry yells that they attorney will throw them in jail and James could go on living indefinitely. Audrey tells Henry he will have to kill his father!
An angry Alison is upset that she was so nice to the guy who tried to rape her friend. Casey claims he wanted to tell her the truth, but couldn't because of his mom. They both agree to not keep any more secrets from one another.
Adam goes to the hospital to see how Bob is doing. An angry Tom tells him that he almost let his father die to save his cover. Tom promises to have him arrested and thrown in prison. Margo interrupts and tells him he will have to arrest her and Casey for being accomplices. She then asks if he plans to send his entire family to prison. Tom thinks she has sunk to a new low and he doesn't recognize her anymore. Tom angrily leaves and Adam cries that he doesn't want anyone else to suffer because of him. Margo tells him they will work things out. As she hugs Adam, an angry Tom looks on through the window in disgust.
