Barbara and Paul try to fix the Sofie baby fiasco, Cole negotiates baby business with Sofie, Holden and Carly reach an agreement as to what happens next.
Holden enters Lily's house and asks if anyone is home. She embraces him and tells him she has been worried sick about him. He tells her he slept in a broken bunk and Lily wishes she had been there with him. Holden cannot hide his guilt, but covers and says he would like to go to Montana with her. She thinks he looks tired and suggests taking a nap together. He gives her a bracelet that Faith made for her. She kisses him, but he leaves to take a shower.
Carly is making tea in the kitchen and flashes back to Holden kissing her neck. She picks up her cell phone and listens to a voice mail from Holden, who hopes that she is okay. She listens to the message over and over, but tells herself to grow up. She puts her phone down, but Lily calls. Lily wants Carly to come over and take Ethan so that she and Holden can spend time together. Carly agrees, but looks troubled.
Carly arrives at Lily's to pick up Ethan. Holden is relieved to see she is fine and asks if she is okay. She angrily asks what he thinks. Lily interrupts and tells Carly she is the best for taking Ethan. Carly comments that her bracelet is beautiful and Lily wonders how Carly knew. She asks Holden why he didn't tell her that Carly was at the camp the previous night. He explains he did not have a chance to tell her. Carly comments that they ran into one another by accident. Lily states that she is sure that they made the most of it, but wishes she could have been there. Holden leaves to get Ethan, as Lily thanks Carly again and tells her she is going to put her sexy lingerie to good use.
After eating, Holden says he has to get back to the farm but Lily wants to go upstairs. Holden reluctantly agrees. She shows him her lingerie and he smiles, while imagining Carly wearing the same lingerie. Lily comments that he has not been the same since he got home and wonders if there is something she needs to know. He says he zoned out because she looks so beautiful and then takes her in his arms, and they make love. Lily thinks every moment is precious and is ready for him to move back in. Lily comments that she has learned to be a better person and be more honest because of him. Holden looks guilty as she tells him that he does not know how to tell a lie. Holden states he is not perfect, but agrees to move back.
Carly arrives again with Ethan and asks Lily how everything went with Holden. Lily tells Carly her prayers were answered and that Holden is moving back in because they are officially back together. Carly pretends to be happy and Lily tells Carly that whatever she did, it was amazing and helped them. Holden arrives and Lily asks him to keep Carly company while she puts Ethan down for a nap. Carly abruptly leaves but he follows and tells her they need to talk. She tells him she will meet him right away.
Carly and Holden meet at the farm and she tells him she is happy he and Lily are working things out. Holden says he can't be with Lily until he tells her the truth about them sleeping together. Carly argues that he can't because he will break Lily's heart. Carly begs him not to throw everything away over one stupid mistake. Holden agrees and she orders him to take care of his wife.
At the Lakeview, Sofie asks Paul if he told Meg the good news about their baby. Paul orders her to be quiet, but Sofie warns him that she will soon be showing. She goes on to say that Meg is not going to want to marry him when she finds out. Barbara interrupts and wants to know why Sofie is there. Sofie tells him he can have the honor of telling Babs and leaves. Paul tells Barbara that Sofie is pregnant, but Barbara thinks she is lying. They go back to Barbara's suite and she reminds Paul that after all the lies that Sofie has told in the past, they cannot believe her now. She thinks he might not be the father, and Paul abruptly leaves.
Paul goes to Sofie's suite and asks for her to go to the hospital with him for a full prenatal exam. Sofie tries to put off the appointment, but he wants to go immediately. Paul reminds her that with or without a baby, they have no future together. The two then leave.
Meg goes to check on Barbara in her suite and they discuss wedding dresses. Barbara wishes Meg would let her design one, but Meg does not want her to overdo it. Barbara persuades Meg to let her do it and they hug. Meg asks Barbara to tell Paul she is having lunch downstairs. She then mentions she is stopping by the hospital to pick up her friend at the Obgyn. As Meg leaves, Barbara panics.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Paul that Sofie and the baby are perfectly healthy. Paul then asks how far along she is and demands a sonogram that day. The doctor agrees to do it. As a lab technician arrives to administer the test, Paul steps out to take a phone call. Sofie asks how accurate the test is in determining the date of conception. The technician tells Sofie that the baby is four weeks old. Sofie asks how big the baby would be at two months. As the technician steps out, Sofie calls Cole. He informs her he has not left town yet because he has no cash. She tells him she will help him if he comes to the hospital immediately.
Outside of the examination room, Barbara informs Paul that Meg is on her way there and warns him to get moving if he does not want to get caught. At that moment, a surprised Meg arrives and asks what he is doing there. Paul covers and says that Barbara called him and he wanted to pick her up and take her and her friends to lunch.
Sofie leaves the examination room, where Cole has been lurking. She gives him the sonogram picture and asks him to go to the medical records room to switch one for a baby that is longer. Cole laughs and asks if she is pregnant again, but she changes the subject and promises him $10,000 for his help. He agrees and leaves.
Meg and Paul dine with her two nurse friends and he orders the most expensive champagne. Meg thinks he is distracted, but Paul assures her that he is fine.
Paul gets a call from Sofie and steps away. She tells him she has the sonogram results. Meg interrupts and he tells her he has to leave on business. He promises that when he gets back, he will be all hers.
Meg goes back to lunch with her friends, who gush to Meg that she is so lucky. Meg comments that even though Paul is unpredictable, she has no doubts that he loves her. They toast to a long and happy future.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Paul that Sofie is two months pregnant. As Paul looks sick, Sofie looks euphoric.
At Barbara's suite, Paul tells Barbara the bad news about Sofie's baby. Barbara orders him to marry Meg as soon as he can and to leave handling Sofie to her.
In her Lakeview suite, Sofie removes a stack of cash from a box. Cole arrives and she gives him the money, but tells him he has to leave town. Cole tells her he knows that the baby is his. He informs Sofie it is going to cost way more than $10,000 to convince Paul that the baby is his.
