An Apology, A Fight and A Crime! Tuesday, June 17 2008

Susan confronts Chris, Alison asks Aaron to stay away from Chris, Paul tries to have Sofie evicted, Sofie puts her plan in motion, Chris and Aaron are arrested!

Chris is having breakfast with Bob and Kim at Al's, talking about the lawsuit. Susan walks in and tells Chris he better stay far, far away from Alison! Susan tells them about Chris locking Alison in the on-call room. Chris insists he was just trying to talk to her. Kim defends Chris, annoying Susan. She insists that Chris is being falsely accused and that both Emily and Alison are desperate women. Susan calls Chris a bully and says Kim knows he is just that or she wouldn't have begged Susan to intervene. Bob watches them argue. Susan says she won't back down and neither will Allie. She leaves. Bob asks if Chris really locked Alison in the room and he admits he did. His parents are shocked. Bob goes off on a tangent, telling Chris that he needs to follow their advice and stay far, far away from Alison. Chris apologizes and then walks out. Bob and Kim walk in Old Town and Kim says she went to Susan because she really did just want to stop the gossip. "It didn't work," Bob says tiredly. He blames himself and tells Kim about his suggestion that Chris resign.

Alison is helping Aaron fix his motorcycle at the farm. She becomes distracted with the lawsuit and finally tells Aaron about Chris locking her in the on-call room! Aaron says she has to tell Bonnie but Alison thinks she shouldn't. She says Chris locking her in the room has nothing to do with her being kicked out of the nursing program and makes him promise to stay away from Chris.

Susan and Alison meet at Java. Feeling bad about what she did, Susan tells Alison what happened at Al's. Alison can't believe how far Susan went.

Sofie convinces a maid to let her into Barbara's room at The Lakeview. Inside, she spots Barbara's pills but before she can do anything, Meg and Paul walk in! Sofie says the maid let her in to deliver the flowers. Barbara comes in and tells Sofie to get out. Sofie begs for forgiveness. Barbara nearly collapses. Meg and Paul rush to her side as Sofie watches. Babs recovers and tells Meg she will be fine as long as Sofie stays away. Paul takes Sofie outside and tells her to stay away from Barbara, from Meg and from him! She leaves. Paul sees Lisa and asks her to evict Sofie because she is stalking Barbara!

Sofie calls Cole and tells him to get to The Lakeview right away. When Cole arrives, Sofie says she needs him to take care of Meg because Meg is ruining her friendship with Paul. Cole asks if she is in love with Paul. Sofie says she is but that Meg is killing her chances; Cole says her rape charge did that. Sofie refuses to believe it and says Paul will get over her accusations if Meg will just butt out! Cole turns to leave but Sofie stops him, saying she'll pay him to help her! She gives him instructions and Cole leaves.

Paul returns to Barbara's room and tells Meg what he did. Meg thanks him. She leaves for the hospital to get some medical supplies and her last paycheck.

Meg arrives at the hospital. A nurse gives her directions to the medications room - where Cole is! He grabs the meds Sofie wanted and hides.

Aaron arrives at the hospital, finds Chris in the on-call room and locks the door. Chris tries to leave but Aaron won't let him. "If you weren't trying to scare her, what was the point?" Aaron asks when Chris says he just wanted to talk to Alison. Chris tries to goad Aaron into a fight, calling him "Farm Boy". They each take a swing at the other. Bob hears them from the hall and opens the door. He and Kim are stunned to see the guys punching each other. Bob and two security guards manage to break up the fight. Aaron and Chris are taken downtown. Meg arrives at the last minute and calls Alison.

At the police station, Alison arrives and asks Aaron what happened. Chris accuses Alison of putting Aaron up to the fight. Bob tells him to settle down. Dallas comes in to take Chris' statement. Bob says he needs to talk to Chris first and then tells Chris they will not press charges against Aaron! He insists that Chris has gone too far this time. Dallas returns and is surprised by the turn of events. He leaves. Bob says standing by Chris was a huge mistake. Chris and Kim walk out and he apologizes for bringing them into the mess. She says he has to start listening to his dad.

In the outer room, Dallas says Chris won't press charges; he advises Aaron to keep his distance from Chris.

Alison takes Aaron back to the farm. He apologizes but says he isn't sorry for confronting Chris. Alison puts ice on his cuts and bruises.

Paul is at the bar when Sofie walks in. He tells her to keep her distance but she convinces him to look at some pictures Will and Gwen sent of Hallie. "I feel more alone than ever," she says sadly. She begins to cry about her jewelry line and the accolades she was getting; she says she thought everyone - including him! - loved her because they loved her designs. Paul says she needs to move on and be happy. Sofie leaves. Paul runs into Lisa again and retracts his eviction request. He says Sofie should keep her home!

Meg returns to The Lakeview and tells Paul about the fight. Paul says he'd like to take the Snyder side for once! Meg brings up Sofie and Paul says he retracted his request that she be kicked out. Meg is stunned and angry. "If Sofie's not leaving, I am," she says and walks out. Paul follows her downstairs and they argue about Sofie. Paul says they have to let go and kicking Sofie out isn't letting go.

Sofie and Cole meet in Old Town and he gives her the meds. Sofie tells him about Meg's patient's death.

Sofie returns to The Lakeview alone and steals a maid's key to break into Barbara's room. She takes the stolen meds from her bag and replaces them with Barbara's real medication!
