Bonnie agrees to take Alison's case, Chris digs a hole for himself, Carly and Lily have a barbecue, Noah confronts his father, Luke and Coyle come to Noah's rescue - or do they?

Carly and Lily come to Carly's house to get ready for a barbecue with the kids. They realize neither knows how to operate the grill. Lily's solution is to call Holden but Carly stops her, saying they can figure it out. They try but can't get the grill going. Lily calls Holden, who just returned home, and tells him about their grill emergency. He agrees to stop by. Holden picks up the girls and Lily talks him into sticking around for the whole party. Faith and Natalie run upstairs to play with Sage. Carly goes into the house, leaving Lily and Holden to talk. He says the time away was good for him and he is ready to move forward. Lily is stunned and very happy. She goes inside to tell Carly. She then goes upstairs to tell the kids about dinner; Carly bumps into Holden. They go outside to grill. Lily comes out with Ethan, who is running a fever. Holden offers to take him home but Lily says she'll do it. Carly and Holden sit down with the kids for dinner. Sage brings up riding lessons and says she is ready. The girls go back outside to play. Holden admits to Carly that things aren't as bright as Lily made them appear. They wash dishes and start a water fight. Holden takes the girls home. Sage points out that Carly looks "weird" when she sees her watching Holden drive away. Sage comes into the kitchen a while later with a drawing of Holden. She talks excitedly about her riding lesson and Carly agrees to come along. Sage returns upstairs.

Holden and the girls arrive at the house. Lily asks what is going on when she sees Holden's soaked clothes. The girls go upstairs. He says it was just a dish washing accident. Lily takes his shirt off.

Luke is on the docks when Lucinda arrives. She wants to call Lily but Luke won't hear of that. Lucinda introduces Luke to the real Coyle. Luke tells them about fake-Coyle, more worried than ever. Coyle gets a police boat but refuses to take Lucinda and Luke along. Luke says if Coyle kicks them off the boat, he'll go to the newspapers!

On the boat, the Colonel confronts one of the kidnappers, who hasn't been able to get them out of the harbor. Ameera spots Noah, who is hiding below, but stays quiet. The Colonel asks what is going on with her but Ameera will only say that she won't be returned to Iraq. He grabs her and shakes her and then Noah steps out of hiding! He tells the Colonel to leave Ameera alone. The Colonel says a political faction in Iraq will pay well for her return; Ameera says they'll kill her. Noah gets between Ameera and the Colonel and says he'll fight for Ameera's safety! "Why can't you just do the right thing?" Noah says. He is getting through to the Colonel. Ameera looks behind them and sees a police boat approaching. The boat gets closer and Luke sees Noah! Coyle calls out for the boat to stop. The Colonel grabs Noah, says he betrayed him and then shoves Noah down. The Colonel dives off the boat! The police try to take Ameera into custody but Noah says they can't - because she is his wife! Coyle says they have to question Ameera so they can find the Colonel. Luke tells Noah things will be okay but Noah is too angry to listen. He believes Luke ruined his chance to save Ameera and make his father do the right thing! Noah turns to Ameera and says things will be okay. The police lead her away. Noah looks at Luke but then follows Ameera.

Aaron and Alison meet Bonnie at The Lakeview. Allie tells Bonnie about being kicked out of nursing school. Bonnie is skeptical until Allie tells her about Chris also getting her kicked off the patient care staff. Bonnie says Alison has a strong case but advises her that winning the case could be the worst thing for her nursing career!

Chris meets with Tom to talk about the sexual harassment suit. He says he broke things off with Alison because she was running hot and cold on him. Finally Chris admits that he did talk to Brenda about giving Alison a second chance. Tom calls Bob and says Chris did make some mistakes. Chris defends his actions in having Alison taken off patient care, saying Alison flunked out and should have been removed. Bob points out that Allie has never had any complaints filed against her. Chris thinks Bob is overreacting. Bonnie calls Tom to say Alison is going to sue Chris - and the hospital! - for sexual harassment! Bob leaves. Tom warns Chris that this isn't going to be easy.

Bob meets Lisa at The Lakeview and asks her to talk to Bonnie for him! Lisa calls Bonnie and questions her about Alison and Chris. Lisa points out that both the scandal will be bad for both families and for the hospital. Bonnie defends her client's rights, without giving Lisa any case details. Frustrated, Bonnie says Chris brought this on himself and tells Lisa they have a strong case. Lisa is stunned.

Aaron and Alison return to the hospital. He tells her to keep her chin up. Allie goes into the lounge. Chris walks in. Allie tries to leave but Chris won't let her go. He says he doesn't blame her for being hurt and then says he didn't have her kicked out of the program. Alison tries to shut him out but then he brings up the porn career, saying it won't be kept a secret. She can't believe he would do that. He leaves and runs into Bob, who tells him Allie left her shift early. Chris says he talked to Alison, annoying Bob. Bob calls Tom. Tom arrives and tells Chris he made a huge mistake. Bob advises Chris to keep his distance from Alison.

Alison finds Aaron at Java and tells him what happened. Aaron calls in Bonnie who says their case just got stronger. Alison isn't sure she can handle the stress of the case. Bonnie says because Chris blocked Alison's way from leaving the lounge and because he threatened her, they have even more ammunition. Bonnie calls Tom and tells him to reign in Chris or even more charges will be filed! She returns to Alison's table and warns her that they may not play fair. Alison says she is ready to go forward!
