"Sophistry" is set in a New England College town which erupts when a Philosophy professor is accused to seducing a male student. As the students try to figure out what they believe, the actually begin confronting their own feelings about sexual obsessions and romantic longings.
Jonathan Marc Sherman wrote the play. Tickets are $47.50 and may be purchased here; you will also find showtimes on the website. The play can be seen Tuesday through Saturday evenings with Saturday and Sunday matinee performances. It runs through June 6 at Theatre Row, Samuel Beckett Theater on 42nd Street in New York.
