Soaps.com congratulates Yvonne Perry (ex-Rosanna Cabot) on her new role – in the play "A Song For My Father!" The play is part of a series of staged readings at the Oldcastle Theatre Company.

"A Song For My Father" was written by David Budbill and goes back and forth in time from 1975 to 1995 as a father and son come to terms with one another. The play will be presented on May 8. Showtime in 7:30 PM at the Bennington Station Restaurant in Bennington, Vermont.

2009 is shaping up to be a busy year for Yvonne, who left Oakdale in 1999. In addition to this play, Yvonne is set to star in two films. The first is "Winter of Frozen Dreams"; Yvonne plays a secretary. In the second film, "Love Conquers Paul", Yvonne plays Jennifer. The romantic comedy also stars Brendan Bradley, Elizabeth Wood and Russell Garofalo.
