Bob says he needs to talk to Chris first and then tells Chris they will not press charges against Aaron! He insists that Chris has gone too far this time. Dallas returns and is surprised by the turn of events. He leaves. Bob says standing by Chris was a huge mistake. Chris and Kim walk out and he apologizes for bringing them into the mess. She says he has to start listening to his dad.
In the outer room, Dallas says Chris won't press charges; he advises Aaron to keep his distance from Chris.
Jack and Carly return home from a day out. Carly tells him he'll be able to go back to the farm soon. Just then Dallas calls and asks for Jack; insisting that he needs Jack's advice. She lowers her voice and tells Dallas that Jack is too ill to talk about police business and hangs up as Jack comes inside. He asks what is going on and Carly admits it was Dallas. Jack calls him back immediately. He agrees to come to the station to go over the case file with Dallas. Carly is upset but agrees to drive him there. Jack says he is capable of getting there on his own and leaves. A few minutes later Mike arrives to catch up with her! Mike tells her about his deal with Paul to develop part of the farm. Carly is shocked. She asks if he is home for good but Mike says it depends on Katie! Carly updates Mike on Katie - her relationship with Simon, then Jack and now Brad. She says he can still win Katie's heart but he has to act fast! Mike says he needs to figure out what he really wants. He asks her to keep his arrival in town a secret and she agrees. Mike returns to The Lakeview and asks the front desk to call Katie's room. She doesn't answer.
At the police station, Margo sends Dallas off to do some paperwork and corners Jack. She tells him that he has to do something to change Katie's mind about marrying Brad! Just then Brad walks in and tells Margo they need to talk. In a quiet room, Brad says Margo needs to accept their engagement because she is hurting Katie. Margo laughs at him. "You're hurting Katie," Margo says, telling Brad he is not good enough for Katie. Brad begs Margo to just listen to Katie, for once, before condemning Katie. Margo walks out and tells Jack she'll be back later. Brad turns to Jack and asks if he wants to know the news. Jack says no and walks away. Brad follows and starts bugging him. He tells Jack that Katie is important to him and that the family's opinion is important to Katie. He tells Jack that the family needs to be accepting.
At The Lakeview, Henry and Vienna are getting dressed and talking about their future. She shows him one of Gray's necklaces and decides they should sell it to get back on their feet! Just then two federal agents pound on the door. They tell her to turn over Gray's assets but Vienna doesn't have anything but the necklace. They arrest her! Henry catches up with them at the police station. Bonnie is right behind him. She asks Dallas what is going on but he isn't sure. The three of them burst into the questioning room, demanding that the feds release Vienna. One agent tells them to back off but Dallas says he is in charge! Dallas and Bonnie argue with the feds over who has jurisdiction. Henry and Vienna try to sneak out but one of the feds catches them. He begs the feds to listen and swears Vienna doesn't have Gray's money. He calls her his fiancée, which surprises her. She says Gray was in the kitchen most of the time. They all go to the diner where the feds find a Swiss bank account number on a scrap of paper in the kitchen. They turn to go but Henry tells them to clean up the mess they left. He says the diner was his but Gray took it in a poker game. The feds have the deed and tear it up, saying now it - and the mess! - is Henry's again. Brad and Bonnie arrive to celebrate with Henry and Vienna. Bonnie realizes Brad is still hung up on Katie. Vienna delivers a plate of treats for them and kisses Henry. Vienna brings up Henry's "fiancée" comment and he runs to the kitchen. She follows. Brad tells Bonnie that he is ready to move on without Katie but Bonnie doesn't believe him.
Brad and Bonnie arrive at the police station first. Katie sees them and wonders what they are doing there. Casey and Allie arrive next. Katie tries to talk to Casey but he says he has some research to do. Bonnie convinces Dallas to help them and she and Casey begin looking through files. They learn Gray's real name: Gerald Nevins! Worried, Casey calls Margo and tells her that Gray is really Gerald Nevins, who could be related to Margo's rapist! She hangs up. Casey and Alison thank Dallas for helping them. They leave. Brad returns to Bonnie and asks if they can continue their date now. Bonnie says yes, which annoys Katie!
Alison and Matt arrive at the police station as Dallas pulls Casey into an interrogation room. Alison tries to get Dallas to let her talk to Casey but Dallas refuses. Casey asks Dallas not to call his mom. When Allie goes inside, Matt calls Gray and asks a favor. He asks Gray to make the situation go away; Alison overhears!
Kit, meanwhile, is finishing up some paperwork with Dallas at the police station. He is delaying as much as possible and makes up several excuses about needing the proper paperwork for transporting a dead body across state lines. Dallas leaves for a second to call Jack, letting him know that they can't keep stalling for long. Jack says he'll be right there. Jack arrives a few minutes later but Kit has already been released. Dallas tells him that he has to stop freaking out about Parker and follow the law. Brad walks in, tells Jack he has a plan - and has already put it into action! He tells Jack everything. Jack is more annoyed than ever.
Jack arrives at the police department and asks Dallas for help; he says he is busy trying to track down Craig for Paul's car bombing. Jack is stunned. Margo walks in and sends Dallas off to follow up on Craig. Jack tells her she has to help him keep Kit in town. He tells her about his suspicions and Margo reluctantly agrees that it deserves to be looked into. She wishes him luck and hopes that he can do for Parker what she couldn't do for Casey. Jack leaves the station.
Kit is at The Lakeview having breakfast. She tells the waiter to hurry up so she can catch her flight. She is about to leave when Dallas arrives and says she can't leave town until the business with Metro is over! Kit objects and Dallas is about to haul her downtown when Jack walks up and talks Dallas out of it. Kit is grateful but at the same time annoyed because she can't leave. Jack calls Carly and tells her Kit is on the way. A few minutes later Carly "accidentally" bumps into Kit in Old Town and offers to let her stay at Metro. Then, says that probably won't work and says she can stay at the house. Jack is listening from around the corner. Kit asks what Carly is up to! She says she is just trying to make things easier since Carly is partly to blame for Sam. She even offers to have the kids stay at the farm. Kit gives in. Jack watches them leave. They arrive at Carly's and Kit becomes jumpy. She wants to leave but Carly won't let her. She makes Kit a hamburger and puts drugs in the meat! Kit digs in. Kit finishes the burger and gets really sleepy. Carly sends her upstairs to take a nap.
