Morbid Curiosity.

Ali bumps into Casey on the street. He asks her if she's dating Mick. She wonders why he cares. "It's just a morbid curiosity," he says. Maddie comes out and Casey ushers her away with him. Ali walks inside and finds Hunter. He complains about how he is striking out with Maddie and explains that he is trying to get her interested in him so she can get Casey back. "What in the world do you think you're doing?" Ali demands. She thinks this is nuts and assumes Emily put him up to this. After apologizing for blowing up at him, she walks out.

Mick goes to the hospital as his nose bleeds. He bumps into Ali and she gives him an ice pack for his nose. Casey wanders by. He's looking for a job and stares at Mick. When Ali returns, she tells Mick he should talk to a doctor because this could be something serious. He leaves instead, saying that people make mistakes.

The Fountain Of Youth.

Alison is grabbed by a strange man in the basement. He's looking for the exit and introduces himself as Mick Dante. She tries to run and trips. Her ankle is twisted so he hands her a bag of ice. She asks him what he's doing there. He had an appointment but Bob blew him off. Mick explains that he's looking for funding to do research. He discovered something in South America that can do amazing things. She offers to help him if he'll explain more. Villagers he found created a plant extract that can rejuvenate cells. Alison says that the hospital is strapped for cash, but she knows some people with money to give away. He wonders why she is willing to help him. "I know what it's like when no one will give you a chance," she says.

Alison brings Mick to the hotel. He's reluctant to meet Paul considering he has James Stenbeck's money. Emily and Paul arrive and Alison leaves Mick to give them his pitch. "What would you say if I told you I found the fountain of youth?" he starts. Sitting down, he shows them pictures of the people from the village and tells them about how people are staying young and infertile women have been getting pregnant. Paul rolls his eyes. Emily stops him from running away. Mick pulls out a dying plant and douses it with some plant extract. He tells them it will bloom again in an hour.

Alison goes back to the hospital and asks Bob if there was any reason why he chose not to meet with Mick. He had an emergency and has no idea who Mick is. She tells him she's glad he's back on the job. He thanks her and they chat about Casey.

Alison limps into the Cafe. She bumps into Casey and then Mick. She asks him how things went for him. He's not optimistic. Casey begins asking about him. Mick is cordial and then leaves. Casey questions her about Mick and she asks him why he cares so much.

Hell Is Just Like Philadelphia.

At home, Paul's impressed that Emily is puttering around with breakfast. He tries to make out with her but Hunter and Alison arrive. "I've decided that the four of us need to be more of a family," Emily declares. Ali smiles. Hunter smirks. They sit down and Emily invites them to move in with them. "You kicked me out," Hunter reminds them. Ali says she already has a life of her own and Hunter doesn't think he would make a good substitute baby. They walk out. "This is payback for all the pain we've caused. We're definitely cursed," Emily says. Paul assures her that they aren't cursed and jokingly offers to 'steal a whole litter of babies' for her.

Maddie sits down with Casey in the diner. They talk about all their past breakups and she says that they've never really given their relationship a chance. "Do you think this would be a good time to try?" she asks. He likes that idea so she offers to call and drop her classes so she can stick around. They kiss. She rushes off to call the registrar and then returns. As they kiss and walk out, they run into Hunter and Ali outside. Hunter wonders what she could possibly see in a 'loser' like Casey. Emily chases her son down and then takes him away. Ali asks Casey if he's with Maddie again. He says they're giving it a shot and reminds her that she dumped him. "It was never what I wanted," he claims. He offers to dump Maddie right now if Ali wants him back. "You're giving me the right of first refusal?" she asks. Casey wants to know if she still cares. They decide it's over and she walks away.

At the hospital, Alison remembers making love with Casey before she goes down to the store room to look for some latex gloves. The lights are out. Someone grabs her.

Are You Seeing Me?

He goes to the hospital and Ali checks him out. He sees Brad. "Are you seeing me?" Brad asks. Ali leaves him alone and Henry tries to pretend he doesn't see Brad. "Why am I here? Why can't anyone else see me?" Brad asks. Henry paces and freaks out until Ali comes back. She tells him she's worried that Katie hasn't been spending time with the baby and hasn't even named him yet.
