Teri arrives at Brad and Katie's for a requested meeting. Brad tells her he wants her to be his new partner on Oakdale Now until Katie is ready to come back to work. Teri thinks it is a dream come true, but can't go to the station because she has to watch Parker and Sage. After she leaves to try and get off work, Jack arrives and asks Brad to help get Janet a job! Jack explains how Janet has been feeling down since Teri's arrival. Katie and Brad think Janet is amazing and is great at everything she does and can't believe she is feeling down. Jack thinks Janet could fill in at Oakdale Now, but Brad breaks the news that they offered Teri the job. Jack wants them to back out on the deal with Teri, not just for Janet but for Sage, too. Brad agrees to explain the situation to Teri and keep it a secret from Janet.
Craig arrives at the station and finds Teri waiting for her interview. He asks her to reconsider the television job because Carly's kids need her. Brad arrives and eavesdrops on Craig talking Teri out of the job. Teri asks Craig why he is so concerned with her career, but Craig reminds her he promised to help Carly and family is worth everything. When Craig leaves, Brad arrives and Teri tells him she can't take the job. Brad tells her it is fine because he has Janet in mind. Teri thinks Janet will be great, but Brad wants her to keep her job offer a secret. Teri agrees it is what is best for everyone.
Brad finds Jack at Al's and tells him that Teri is not doing the job. Janet emerges and tells them they both look guilty. Brad tells her about the job offer, but she angrily tells him she doesn't want his charity! Janet thinks it is a setup, but Brad tells her he would not compromise his job. He reminds her how great she was when she was on the show before and can't do it without her. Janet softens and thinks it would be a dream. Jack tells her she would be amazing and Janet happily screams she will do it!
Ooh Lah Lah, Vienna Is Back!
Katie shows Brad the new stroller she wants, but Brad thinks it is as expensive as a stretch limo. Brad is worried about money because they are not working. Katie assures him she has no doubts about him providing for their baby and pulls him into a kiss.
Henry barges in on Brad and Katie with Audrey. He leaves her there with them while he goes to change his bank accounts. Audrey calls him a drama queen and fakes crying. As Brad and Katie go to get her water, she gets a call on her cell and tells the person on the other end, "I'm ready to move, it's time!" Brad gets a call that they are invited to a dinner party introducing Teri. Katie doesn't want to go because of Audrey, but Audrey assures them to go.
Brad escorts Audrey back to the Lakeview room. Alone in the suite, she begins her search again. She finds a hairbrush and calls a mystery person and says, "It's time!"
The dinner party gets underway at Carly's house. Craig makes a toast to Teri and then says he has an announcement to make about Parker. Craig boasts that Parker has made the decision to return to school! Craig goes on to tell the group about Carly's vitamin water project and how the campaign is being centered around Parker. Jack wonders what it has to do with school. Craig lies that Parker will only do the job if he goes back to school. Jack thinks it is a terrific idea, but only if Parker can handle it. Parker thinks he can, and everyone toasts to the new face of vitamin water!
Craig tells Brad he can help him with work. Brad tells him he is the last person on earth he would ever ask for help! Jack steps in and offers his help if they need anything. After Brad and Katie leave, Janet emerges from the kitchen and curtly tells Jack she is ready to leave and will talk to Teri some other time.
Brad and Katie both agree that Teri's food is amazing and they should do a segment with her, but they don't have a show. Katie thinks it could be the basis for a new show and they should pitch it to Kim.
Sage Finds A Letter And Runs Away.
At home, Katie invites Brad into the bedroom but he declines because of his concern for the pregnancy. She tells him that the doctor has okayed parental friskiness and they head to their bedroom.
