Vienna is thrilled that Henry is letting go of the Stenbeck fortune. A frantic Audrey arrives tells them she has to come up with $50,000 in 48 hours or she is dead! She begs Henry to ask James to give him an advance on his inheritance. Henry reluctantly agrees.
Henry tells Audrey it is over, but she thinks it is not over until James signs the final draft. Audrey then calls James's attorney and asks him to meet her immediately for very serious legal advice. Vienna arrives at Audrey's suite to see what took them so long. Audrey lies that she is hungry and asks them to go get her a table for lunch. After they leave, she makes a drink laced with drugs!
Vienna and Henry wait on Audrey in the Lakeview lounge. A nervous Henry can't wait any longer and takes off to Audrey's suite.
Audrey tells James's attorney she needs liquid courage and does not want to drink alone. He takes a sip of the drugged drink and begins to feel woozy! Henry arrives and thinks Audrey has killed him! She orders Henry to find a hiding spot for the attorney. Vienna interrupts them as they are dragging off the attorney's body. Audrey lies that he is an old boyfriend, Boris, who had a little too much to drink. After they convince Vienna to leave, they take the attorney to the boiler room and tie him up! Audrey discovers James's will and boasts that James will never sign it!
Show Me The Money!
Henry and Audrey meet with James's lawyer. The lawyer informs them that Henry will be inheriting the Stenbeck fortune! Audrey is overjoyed at the millions Henry will get, but he thinks it is blood money that he can't share with Vienna. Vienna interrupts them and asks what comes first, her or the money! Henry tells Vienna he is crazy about her, but she promises him that his sweet talk won't work because James will want something in return for the money. Vienna demands that he choose between her or the money! Audrey steps in and tells Vienna she is denying Henry his livelihood. Vienna cries that the money will change Henry like it changed Paul. Henry promises he will not become James Jr. or Paul the II. Audrey pipes up that Henry can give her the money! Henry yells at Audrey that she has been working him all along. Vienna cries that he sounds just like James. Henry admits that he wants the money! Vienna yells that the money can keep him warm at night because she will not and angrily leaves!
Henry follows Vienna and tells her she is priceless and means more to him than money. He cries that he chooses her over anything! Vienna embraces him, as Audrey interrupts and tells them she will make sure that the money will not come between the lovebirds.
Getting Played Like A Fiddle.
Barbara tells Henry he should get to know his new brother, Paul. Henry tells her that Paul had his chance to get James's money and he blew it. Vienna wakes up and boasts to Barbara that they don't want James's money to contaminate them, but Barbara laughs that she and Henry should get their stories straight. Vienna pulls Henry into the room and asks why Barbara has the wrong idea! Henry thinks he might have been hasty in getting to know his father, but Vienna reminds him he is a monster. Henry points out that she wanted him to give his mom a break, and maybe he should give James the same chance. Vienna doesn't want him to turn into Henry Stenbeck, but Henry assures her that he will always be Henry Coleman.
Henry returns to his suite to pack up a few things for James and Audrey, but Vienna interrupts him. She thinks he is hiding something, but he lies that he is going to lounge by the pool. Vienna tells him the police are after James and he needs to stay away from him. After Henry takes off to sunbathe, Barbara calls Vienna and informs her that Henry and Audrey are hiding James and she should stab Henry in the back for his own good!
Barbara and Vienna meet in the Lakeview lobby. Vienna feels guilty, but Barbara tells her that James will get under Henry's skin.
Hiding out in the basement, Henry takes a call from Vienna, who orders him not to lie to her. She then tells him she knows he is with James and wants to help him. Henry tells her where they are. Vienna gives the police their location. The police arrive and James turns himself in!
