Vienna goes to the diner to work. She calls and leaves Henry a message while smoke starts to fill the room. When Katie arrives, she finds Vienna on the floor.
Henry and Vienna roll around in bed when there is a knock at the door. She rushes into the washroom as he lets his mother in. Audrey needs the latest payment from James' estate. He writes her a check but Vienna comes out and swipes it. "Why are you giving so much money to your mother?" she asks. The women bicker and Audrey offers to prove how charitable she is. Vienna demands to meet Ralph.
Audrey goes downstairs to meet Ralph. He tells her about what he does to people who step out of line and asks her where the check is. She asks him to play up the charity angle for Vienna and Henry when they join them for lunch. The couple arrives and Ralph babbles as Henry and Audrey nervously notice Barbara has just come in. While Ralph and Vienna talk about jewelry, Henry slips off and drags Barbara to the elevators. She's confused. "I have what you want," he tells her, asking her up to her room. She argues with him as he pulls her into the elevator. Maddie walks by and sees them. She shakes her head and wanders over to Vienna. She asks her why Henry was just dragging Barbara onto an elevator. Vienna is baffled. Audrey introduces Ralph to her daughter and then tries to hug her. Maddie has been avoiding her and demands to know what kind of scam her mother is pulling now. Audrey talks about the charity and Maddie tells Vienna to run if her mother is asking for money. Vienna walks away with the check. "Glad to know you haven't changed Mom," Maddie says before walking away. Ralph tells Audrey it displeases him when things don't go his way.
Barbara and Henry get into her room. He accidentally sits on her bullfrog. She claims it's a gift for a friend and demands to know what's going on. He asks her to stop denying their chemistry and takes off his jacket. "The only thing I want is you," he declares, asking her to admit to their forbidden passion. She tells him he's making a fool of himself. Dipping her, he tries to kiss her. Vienna begins shouting through the door. When Henry opens the door, he explains that he and Barbara have come to an agreement about the Stenbeck fortune. He and Vienna walk off and he says there was just some wiggle room to work out. She wonders what he was wiggling. He shows her the bullfrog he just swiped and they run off excitedly.
"I'm feeling amphibious and I think I like it!" Henry says as he and Vienna play with their new toy under the sheets. Barbara calls and tells Henry that he cannot seduce her. After he hangs up and Vienna falls asleep, his mother shows up at the door again. He takes her into the corridor and tells him to get control of Vienna and his little sister. He thinks they should tell Ralph they changed their minds. His mother warns him that they'll end up at the bottom of a river if they do that.
Henry tells Vienna he is going to see the attorney about James's will. Vienna tells Henry she is leaving him! Henry begs her to stay, but she tells him she will be on a plane the next day if the money isn't gone. Audrey arrives at their suite. When Vienna realizes Henry can't give up the money, she leaves. Henry tells Audrey he is giving all the money to charity! Audrey thinks there is a charitable way to keep Vienna and the money. She offers to help him for half of the estate if she pulls it off. Audrey thinks that her friend Ralph can help. She explains that Ralph knows how to funnel money through a charitable foundation and it can be channeled through Metro. Henry thinks hooking up with a gangster and laundering money is out of the question!
Henry goes back to his suite with flowers for Vienna. He informs her he realized he couldn't enjoy being rich without her. He promises to sign the papers and give his money away to charity. An ecstatic Vienna embraces Henry and thanks him for giving up millions for her! She tells him she will never love anyone the way she loves him and kisses him passionately.
Henry dresses for James's funeral, but Vienna is still worried about his obsession with the money and orders him to make a choice. Henry assures her that he will always choose her. Audrey arrives and thinks they should all go to the funeral together for the reading of the will. Audrey informs them that Paul invited them all to a reception at Fairwinds.
Henry, Vienna and Audrey all arrive at the funeral home. Barbara, Paul and Emily show up to see if James is really dead. Barbara sticks a pin in James and Paul remarks, "He's really dead this time." No one wants to say anything nice about James, but Audrey puts on a show and cries over James's body while everyone looks on in horror. Barbara jumps up and orders her to stop because she killed him. A catfight escalates and Audrey says, "You really want to fight?" Barbara retorts, "Bring it!" The two fist fight over James's coffin as Paul laughs in the background! They eventually are torn apart and Audrey calls the attorney and says, "It's show time."
Vienna and Henry go to Fairwinds. Paul makes a toast to the demise of James Stenbeck. Barbara thinks the worst thing James ever did was try to make Paul hate her. Emily thinks James would have killed her if Paul had not saved her. Audrey enters with the attorney for the reading of the will. The will leaves everything to Henry. Paul states he hopes he will be happy with it. Barbara claims it won't hold up in court. After the Coleman clan leaves, Paul asserts that Emily is the most important thing in the world to him. An angry Barbara storms off. Paul asks if Emily is finally agreeing to marry him. Emily tells him she was so impressed that he didn't go after the money and the curse is over. She agrees to marry him!
