The Colonel's Back!

A tough guy meets with Emily at her office. She pays him to keep an eye out for the missing manuscripts. Casey arrives a while later and tells Emily about Elwood and the manuscripts. Emily thinks Casey might have something. She gets a call from her informant and tells Casey there could be a break in the case. They go to a shop in Old Town; Em waits outside. She ducks behind a corner when she sees Margo and Tom approaching. Margo spots Casey and barges inside! She believes this is proof that he is the thief and tries to arrest him. Casey spots Elwood outside and runs for it! Elwood takes off but Emily is around the corner and slows him down so that Casey can catch up. Casey grabs Elwood's backpack. "I told you," he says when Margo looks inside. The manuscripts are there! She has Elwood arrested. When Margo asks what they are doing there, Casey tells her about the tip and how Em believed in him. Margo apologizes for not believing in him but Casey doesn't want to hear it.

Brad's A Dad?

Casey ignores Emily and meets with Elwood at Java. He questions him and reluctantly says he'll check into it. Alison walks in and they chat for a second. She is about to leave when Aaron walks up and asks how things are going. Alison says she's about to flunk out of school; Aaron says Meg will help her. After talking to Meg, Allie feels better. She asks him about Sofie and he says that relationship is over. When he talks badly about Chris, Allie tells him to butt out! She says she never bad-mouthed Sofie while Aaron was seeing her and she would appreciate the same courtesy. Aaron says Chris is a proven snake. As he is ordering coffee, Chris walks in and asks Allie to dinner. She agrees to go!

Casey and Emily meet back at the office. She won't let him in on the story. He goes home but no one is there. Elwood sneaks in behind him! He looks at Casey's backpack. Margo arrives home, sees Casey's backpack askew and finds the missing manuscript pages inside! Casey comes downstairs and Margo asks what is going on. Casey accuses her of not believing in him and asks when she is going to stop thinking of him as a thief.

Katie Postpones The Wedding!

Cheri thanks Elwood for his work on the tape. Dusty walks up. She invites Elwood over but he's too scared to face Dusty, grabs his computer and runs off. Cheri continues without a beat, asking Dusty if he is with Allie or Emily now. He walks away but Cheri doesn't stop baiting him. She laughs, telling him that she can still hurt him and the people he loves. She walks away. Dusty returns to The Lakeview, where Alison is looking for him. A few patrons ogle them and Allie pulls him away from the crowd, telling him about the video. Dusty logs on to the 'Net and promises Allie that he'll take care of it. Alison tells him it was Cheri and isn't sure that Cheri won't just post the video somewhere else. Angry, Dusty tells her that it doesn't matter what anyone thinks but Alison doesn't see it that way. He tries to comfort her but Alison can't reconcile what they did that night. She tells Dusty that she just wants to get high and forget! "I just want it to stop," she says. Alison tells Dusty about the message but admits she hasn't listened to it yet; she is afraid that the message will be more of the angry-Aaron. Dusty offers to listen for her but she refuses. He offers to stay with her for a while but she refuses that, too. She feels like she can't go home and she won't go to a meeting. Allie storms out.

Jack To The Rescue!

Cheri gives Elwood the skinny on her project - she wants him to post a video to the Internet and hyperlink it to Dusty's address book! Elwood hesitates but the flirty Cheri convinces him to take on the project. He leaves to get things started. Cheri leaves, running into Allie a block later. She introduces herself as Allie's new best friend! Allie tries to walk away but Cheri brings up Emily, making Alison uncomfortable. Every time she tries to leave Cheri follows. "Your life is going to change in ways you can't imagine," Cheri says.

Elwood calls to tell Cheri the project has hit a snag. As Cheri talks to Elwood, he continues to work on their project. He finally gets the hyperlink working. Cheri couldn't be happier.

The Kiss!

Cheri meets Elwood in Old Town and asks him to help her with a project.

Carly and Brad Plan

Aaron surprises Alison with a bouquet of flowers at the diner. They flowers kick up her allergies and she pushes them away. Before he can leave, Allie asks him to stick around for some coffee. He agrees! They talk over coffee. Allie hands Aaron a gift - his favorite sandwich. Aaron thanks her and leaves to wash up. While he is gone, she digs in to the food. Elwood turns from the bar, recognizing her from a porn flick! She orders him to leave the diner but Elwood won't go. He asks for an autograph, making Allie more jumpy. She tells him she's not in the business any longer and to leave. Before he can Aaron walks in wondering what's up. Allie manages to get Elwood outside and tells him never to bother her again. She goes back inside to Aaron who asks for the truth. Allie doesn't want to talk about the past but realizes she can't keep the truth from Aaron. She tells him about the meth and the porn. Aaron is speechless. Allie asks if they can still be friends. He doesn't know what to say and is having trouble relating what she became with the girl he knew. Hurt, Allie gives him back the flowers and storms away.

Craig Knows!

In Old Town Maddie and Noah run into Elwood, who is excited to see her. Maddie blows him off, not wanting to relive the old Casey memories. Noah asks about it and Maddie tells him that Casey is in prison. They talk about Casey, with Maddie very worried about him. "If he thinks about me half as much as I think about him," she says, worried about him. Maddie apologizes for dumping her problems on Noah, who tells her not to apologize for loving someone. Nervous around him for the first time, Maddie leaves. They arrive back at WOAK to find Luke hard at work on a new summer proposal. Maddie and Noah jump at the chance to read it. They both love the proposal and are excited to get to work on a search for love show. Luke is a bit embarrassed because the show is about his own search for love.

180 Days

In Old Town, Elwood continues to question Gwen until Jade interrupts. Soon after, Will's phone rings. It's Maddie calling to tell Will Casey's going to jail. After he hangs up, he reveals the bad news to Gwen. She asks how long and he replies, "180 days." Will suggests they do something nice for Casey before he leaves, and the two of them head off.
