Rosanna goes to see Emma at the farm house and offers to help her out. They talk about Craig and Rosanna admits she's not sure she knows what she's doing. She's scared that her sister might go back to drinking. She calls Craig to ask him when he's coming home. He informs her that he is in South Carolina with Carly. He apologizes for not telling her everything. When he gets off the phone, Carly tells him to go home and leave her to do what she needs to do.
My Life Is Over.
Meg tries to stop her mother from frantically cleaning the farm house. Emma can't stop; she's too anxious to see Holden again. Meg says he probably doesn't want a big reunion after everything that's happened. He walks in. Emma hugs him and offers to make him breakfast. He tells her that he already had room service and explains that he stayed at the hotel. She can understand why he doesn't want to be with Lily right now. Meg asks him to cut her some slack. "She turned to Damian," he points out. He needs time to think things through alone. Meg points out that he's not alone and mentions the blond woman who came by looking for him. He hurries out. They wonder what that was about. Emma changes to ranting at Meg about her obsession with Damian and orders her to let the threesome work things out on their own. Meg storms out.
This Is Too Soon.
At the farm house, Emma is showing Meg the flowers she picked for Holden's grave. Meg admits she hasn't been there since the funeral. They talk about Eliza and smile. Meg is starting to feel like her life is turning around. She tells her that she had a talk with Damian and doesn't think things are over between them after all. Emma's not happy to hear it but Meg insists that all will be well.
Lily drops by to see Emma. She tells her that she is marrying Damian tonight. Emma's not going to give her blessing. "I'd like your understanding," Lily says. She makes her case and invites her but Emma's not interested. "This is too soon," she says. Lily sobs and says that she can't go on alone. Emma thinks she's underestimating herself.
Meg goes home and rants to her mother about the wedding. Emma tells her that it's wrong for her to be lying to herself the way she is. She needs to admit that she is upset because of her obsession with Damian, not because of Holden. "He was using you," Emma says, telling her she deserves better. "All I want is Damian," Meg pouts.
Meg returns to the farm house. Her mother tells her that she is leaving town to go on a church trip. After Emma leaves, Meg smashes things.
The Green-Eyed Monster.
Lily goes to Emma's with Holden's shirts. Emma remembers Holden's favorite shirt, and promises to hand out the clothes. An anxious Lily tearfully admits she can't part with them just yet. Emma calmly tells her there is no rush and to hold onto them as long as she needs. Lily cries that she expects Holden to walk through the door, and then it hits her that he won't. Emma assures her she just needs time and to hold onto her memories.
Meg arrives back at the farm and sees Holden's things. She is annoyed that Lily left them and remarks, "She doesn't waste much time." Emma scolds her, and Meg admits that she and Damian broke up. Emma asks what happened and Meg retorts, "Lily happened." Emma thinks Meg overreacted and should call him. Meg thinks Damian should make the first move if he cares for her.
Oakdale Mourns Holden...But He Is Alive!
Emma holds Eliza and tells Meg she remembers Holden as such a happy baby. Emma is happy Meg and Holden were so close, as he loved family. Seth arrives for the funeral and Jack introduces him to Janet. Emma embraces him, and he asks about Lily. Emma admits Lily is having a hard time and doesn't know how they will make it without Holden. Meg tells everyone Damian is taking her to the funeral. Seth is shocked that she is involved with him.
Aaron arrives at the church to see Faith and Luke setting up pictures of Holden. They are all in a daze over Holden's death. Emma embraces Aaron and tells him Holden was so proud of him. Parker tells Faith he likes the picture collage and comments that Lily and Holden were so happy. She tells him their marriage was a lie. Luke tells her to get over herself and come sit with the family. When she sees Damian sitting with Lily, she refuses to sit next to her.
