At the police station, Jack insists on Parker's innocence but Brad won't listen. He leaves. Jack convinces Dallas to let him do some investigating before Parker is arrested. He, Carly and Parker leave.
At the picnic site, Parker tells Jack again how strange Libs was acting. He takes them to the area he and Liberty went to alone and Jack begins to search. Carly sees Liberty's bag;
Jack says they have to get to the lab.
Jack gives Dallas the bag and he goes to the lab. He asks Parker about drugs. Parker says Liberty isn't into drugs and swears the brownies must have been spiked. Jack says he has to question Liberty. Carly asks Parker to leave and then tells Jack that he can't question Liberty alone. He agrees to take Dallas along. He promises that things will be okay.
Carly takes Parker home and listens when he finally talks to her. Parker apologizes for being so hard on her lately. Jack arrives and tells them Parker is in the clear and Leo is in trouble. Jack calls Dallas but they haven't found Leo yet.
Carly comes by Metro to check on things since the kids don't seem to need her. She and Henry have a drink and talk about their troubles. Henry is certain that Vienna isn't coming back from Switzerland and gets sad. Just then, Vienna walks in! She says she loves him and they kiss. Carly leaves. Vienna says she came to a realization in Switzerland - they can make this work with more help. She chatters on about hiring more help at Al's and Metro. Henry says that isn't necessary, thanks to Bonnie. Vienna can't believe he hired her. Bonnie arrives and the two begin fighting! Henry interrupts and says they can come to an agreement. Vienna says there is no agreement; Bonnie agrees. "I was safer with the criminals!" she exclaims and leaves. Henry angrily asks Vienna why she doesn't believe in him. He says Bonnie is an employee but Vienna won't listen. Henry gives in and says it is enough that she is back. He tells her to forget about Bonnie because they will be fine without her, even if they will be working more hours. Vienna begins having second thoughts. They kiss.
Parker arrives home shortly after Carly. She asks about the picnic but Parker won't talk about it. Brad storms into the house and barges upstairs. Carly tries to stop him but he is too strong. He jumps Parker and accuses him of raping Libs! Brad grabs the boy again and drags him out the door with Carly close on his heels.
Jack surprises Janet at the farm and asks her to move in with him! She is thrown and asks what happened to their no strings arrangement. He says plans have changed but says if she isn't sure, they don't have to. She says she wants to live with him but they have to consider the kids! He says the kids have to realize that adults have different rules than kids. She grabs the real estate section. Jack ignores a call from Carly. Shortly after, Carly runs in the door and angrily asks why he hasn't answered any of her calls. She tells them about the apparent rape and Brad's angry attack. Janet runs out the door. Carly says they have to get to Parker; she and Jack head for the police station.
Brad shoves Parker into the police station and tells Dallas to arrest him! Jack and Carly arrive but Jack insists on talking to Parker before anything more happens. In the interrogation room, Parker tells Jack how Liberty was acting. He says he tried to take care of her and didn't see her drinking or doing drugs. He swears he left because he was angry with Liberty because of the way she was acting. Jack takes Parker back to the main room and tells Brad that Parker didn't do anything wrong. Brad won't listen to him.
Carly calls a parents-only family meeting and tells Brad, Katie, Jack and Janet they need to back off Parker and Liberty. Jack and Janet are all for it but Brad and Katie won't listen. They try to leave but Carly blocks the door! Janet grabs Brad and says she knows how he feels but that he has to give Libs room to grow. She says she had to do the same thing when Libs decided to find him. Brad finally listens. "Leave me alone," he says sadly and leaves. Katie follows. Parker returns home, upset. Jack follows him upstairs and asks him to talk but Parker won't at first. He finally says Libs only wants to be friends. Jack says she may be right but that only makes Parker feel worse. He asks how he can change Liberty's mind; Jack says he can't. He tells Parker to give Liberty space and be a friend. Back downstairs, Janet compliments Carly's ability to get along with Jack. She asks what happened with them and Carly says she couldn't live up to Jack's expectations. Janet feels badly for her; Carly says Jack deserves better than what he got from her. Jack comes back downstairs and offers to help with Sage's back to school barbecue; Carly says she can handle things. On the porch, Janet gets quiet and Jack asks what is going on. She says she isn't sure she can meet his expectations! He says she is exactly what he wants and kisses her.
Janet and Jack arrive at the farm. Janet asks about Carly's old design business and Jack fills her in. She asks how he has gone from Carly to her; Jack says she is just as amazing as Carly, who has made a lot of mistakes. He says he likes her for her honesty because Carly lied all the time. Janet says she can't lie because she is bad at it; he kisses her and she realizes she is late for work. Jack convinces her to stay with him since he has the day off. They go upstairs but are interrupted by a call from Carly, who says she has Janet's sunglasses. She offers to drop them by Al's but Jack says she isn't working today. Janet distracts him with more kisses and he says he'll pick up the glasses later.
