At the doctor's, Lily tells Susan she feels like she is going crazy. Susan thinks she needs something stronger to sleep. Lily is concerned because of a previous addiction, but Susan assures her the prescription will only be a few days to get her back to a normal sleep pattern. She then tells Lily to think of happy memories with Holden before she goes to sleep so she will have better dreams.
Emily tells Susan she is marrying Paul. Susan retorts that Paul is flakier than a croissant and was just in love with Meg. She then remarks that she wishes Emily was marrying someone she hadn't previously shot in the back. Emily insists that Paul has changed, but Susan wonders what she will do when Paul wakes up to his old ways. Emily begs Susan to celebrate with them. Susan agrees to because she is her daughter and loves her.
Surprise!
Larry interrupts Emily working at the Lakeview. He claims he wants to make things right. Emily tells him he stole her children! Larry tells her he can get her on a priority list for donor eggs. Susan interrupts and tells him he is outrageous! Emily tells him he is a liar and a fake. Susan does admit it is possible that Emily could get pregnant, but Emily does not want Larry's help. She orders him to leave her, Alison and Hunter alone.
After Larry leaves, Susan asks Emily why she changed her mind about having a baby. Emily thinks Hunter needs her. She claims he is grieving and she can help him get through it. Susan thinks she should give him space. Emily retorts Susan never gives her space! Susan points out she has always resented her for it and Emily agrees maybe it is a good idea.
Carly Just Can't Stop!
Emily and Hunter join Susan at the Lakeview. She tells Susan that her eggs were stolen and that Hunter is her son and Susan’s grandson. Susan is shocked. Alison and Larry suddenly join them and Emily is angry that Larry is there. Emily tells all of them that Larry is Hunter’s father.
Susan quizzes Emily about the pregnancy. She can’t believe the story but they all agree that it’s great to have Hunter in the family. Hunter says he wants no part of it and storms out. Alison follows him and they discuss adapting to change. She reminds him that he has family now. He says he wasn’t looking for family. She says that she needs a brother and that she’ll always be there for him.
At the Lakeview, Larry pays for the drinks and goes to leave but before he does he asks, “Don’t I deserve something?” Susan stands up and knees him in the groin. He goes down screaming.
Alison and Hunter return to Susan and Emily at their table at the Lakeview. Emily tells him that they’re all so glad that he is here.
The Eggs Aren't Emily's!
At the hospital, Susan gives Emily a DNA analysis report regarding the eggs that were found. Emily looks at the results and Susan explains that those eggs aren’t hers. Susan warns her that Larry is lying. Emily calls Larry on her cell and leaves a voice message. She wants to see him right away.
At the hospital, Susan runs into Alison and tells her that Margo was shot yesterday.
