This Is A Big Mistake...

Emily is arguing with Barbara about Dusty in Old Town. She says Dusty is being conned; Barbara tells Emily to leave Dusty – and Josie! – alone. Susan walks up and sides with Emily. Barbara tells them both to leave Dusty alone and walks away. Emily thanks Susan for being on her side; Susan says she isn't on Emily's side!

Emily finds Susan at the hospital and tells her about her business trip. Susan warns her not to expect anything but Emily tells her to stop being so negative. Emily says she is being positive and Susan says she's lost her mind. "I'm putting my desires out there and I'm going to get what I want," Em says.

That's Not Casey!

Aaron finds Susan at the hospital and gives her one of the wedding presents for Alison. She tells him that Alison is very upset and reminds him of the party.

Brian takes Lucinda to the ice rink and calls her by her given name; Lucinda is surprised he knows that and he says he is a good researcher. They skate but Lucinda falls down so they go after cocoa. Lucinda asks Brian why he is hanging out with a woman like her. Brian asks why she has to analyze this and not just let it happen. He invites her back to his place for a drink and she agrees. Brian goes to return their skates. Susan calls and says her workup is back and she needs to come to the hospital right away. Lucinda hangs up. She tells Brian she has to take care of something but agrees to meet him later. "I'll be waiting," he says.

At the hospital, Susan tells Lucinda that the breast cancer is back and she needs to speak to her oncologist. "I'll just say goodbye to another breast," Lucinda says. Susan says there are other options but Lucinda is very upset. She says she should have known something bad would happen to offset the good. Susan says she didn't do anything to deserve this. Lucinda calls Brian at his hotel room and says she can't make their date. He asks what is wrong but she won't tell him. "You made me feel very special, but we'd both regret it," she says and hangs up.

O.V.E.R. That's What We Are!

At the hospital, Emily sees Susan. She asks Emily if the surgery went well; Em says she is having a final check in and will report back to Susan after. Susan asks if Emily has seen Dusty. She admits she did and they are friends, which makes Susan uneasy.

Dusty walks out of his hospital room and bumps into Susan. She isn't happy to see him and tells him to stay away from Emily! Dusty says he didn't want to hurt Emily. Susan says if he doesn't back off she will come after him - and kill him! He walks away. Emily walks up and reports that she has a clean bill of health. Allison hurries by with Dusty's meds and tells them about his infection. This irks Susan who asks why they are letting Dusty pull them in; the girls say they are just friends with Dusty. Emily takes the prescription and leaves. Susan turns to Alison and asks what Dusty wants in return for paying for Allie's school. Alison says Dusty doesn't want anything. Aaron calls and asks if they can meet. Alison reluctantly agrees.

Who Knew First?

Emily goes to the hospital to confront Susan about Dusty. Susan didn't know. Emily is shocked. Susan says both Emily and Alison better stay far away from Dusty. Emily leaves. Alison arrives a while later and Susan drops the bomb on her. She can't believe Dusty is alive. Susan says things will be okay since Allie is happily married. "My marriage may be over," Alison says. Susan is stunned.

James is Dead!

Emily meets Susan for breakfast and tells her about her plans to have her tubes tied! Susan can't believe it and asks what happens when Emily decides she wants children. Emily says that isn't going to happen. Susan agrees to be there for her after the surgery.

Magic Flowers, Wedding Bells and Vows!

In Alison's room, Dani tells her that if she has any doubts she shouldn't go through with the wedding. Emily interrupts and asks what Dani is doing. Dani says she is just being a friend and leaves. Alison doesn't say anything more. Emily and Susan help Alison get ready. They bring her something old and new but when Emily brings in a blue garter, Alison breaks down and says she doesn't deserve any of this. She flashes back to making love with Chris and cries. Susan comforts her and tells her to calm down.
