At the police station Brad and Katie convince Dani to let them in to see Henry. Vienna is already there and demands to know what they are doing to free Henry. They don't have any plans and that scares Vienna. Brad says they know Spencer is in Chicago but they don't have any more information. She tells them to find Spencer but Katie says they have been getting scary messages telling them to back off. Brad offers to pay Henry's bail. Dani hears their raised voices and tells Henry he has to get rid of some of his visitors. Brad and Katie leave. Henry wants Vienna to go home but she refuses to leave without him. Vienna suggests they make love in the holding cell, enticing Henry. She closes the blinds on the window and they begin to role-play. Dani comes in and says she is going to Chicago; she says Henry has to go back to his cell but Vienna convinces her to let Henry stay in the interrogation room with her.
Dusty and Josie Make Love!
Henry tells Brad and Katie that his contacts found Spencer's brother; Brad wants to go but Katie convinces him it is a bad idea. Henry can't believe they made him put out feelers and aren't following up. He leaves. Katie decides to tape some promos, telling Brad that things are getting too dangerous. Katie finishes her work at WOAK and learns that Brad skipped out.
Brad goes to Al's and tells Henry to give him the meeting information. Henry doesn't want to but finally gives in. Katie arrives and asks where Brad is; Henry says he went to the meeting. Katie wants to follow but Henry gave Brad the only instructions he had!
Henry goes home to find Dani ransacking his room! She has him arrested on possession of stolen property charges; she shows him Spencer's scarf and asks how he got it. Henry insists he doesn't know.
Katie and Brad arrive at the police station; Dani says Henry can't just be bailed out. Katie tells her about the instant messages and says none of them were involved. Dani says they could be arrested, too, if they don't bring the computer in. Katie says she'll do it. Dani returns to Henry and says Brad and Katie are bringing in their pilfered evidence. Henry asks if he can go but Dani keeps questioning him about Spencer's body. Henry says she is a fool being played by a nut; she has him sent to holding. When she is alone, Dani calls a contact and says she will hold Henry as long as they need!
I Wash My Hands Of You!
Dani barges into Metro and is looking around. Henry sees her and questions her. He says he doesn't have Spencer's body. She admits she was looking for something related to Spencer. Henry says she is looking in the wrong place because he had nothing to do with Spencer's disappearance. "I need to find the body," she says desperately and tells Henry that if she doesn't find the body her career is in the toilet. He doesn't say anything. She turns to go and Henry says he didn't do anything to Spencer. She leaves. Brad arrives and tells Henry about seeing Spencer. He asks for Henry's help in finding her. Henry pours a stiff drink and says Brad must be hallucinating! "The cops won't help but I know you can," Brad says and asks for Henry's Chicago contacts. Henry reluctantly agrees to help. He makes a few calls; Brad tells him about seeing Spencer. Henry says Spencer might contact him and suggests that she may not have tried to frame Brad. He says maybe she just wanted to fake her death! Brad doesn't believe that. Henry says maybe it is another plan to break up his marriage.
Henry goes to Al's and finds Dani there. He says she won't find Spencer's body there, either. Dani says his bumbling act was fun to watch and he says her 'I'm Too Beautiful To Be Smart' act is good, too. He asks about Spencer's autopsy; Dani says she was there and Spencer is definitely there. Henry lets her in on Brad's sighting.
Brad returns home and tells Katie that Henry is on the case. Katie says she's been doing job research for them. Brad says she should look for a job without him; she says she goes where he goes. He tells her about Henry's thoughts about Spencer. Katie says she loves him. Brad says he is going to find Spencer and says it is okay that she doesn't quite believe him yet. Katie gives in and says she will help him. They sit down and list what they know about Spencer. Henry calls and tells them someone has spotted the thug with the music box, but so far no Spencer sightings. The computer beeps and a message from the contact pops up. "Tell Brad to back off," the message reads.
It's A Mystery!
Henry and Vienna are about to make love – complete with police costumes – when Margo walks in and destroys the mood. She accuses them of stealing Spencer's body! She throws a robe at Vienna and begins searching the room anyway; Margo says Brad is free, which thrills Henry and Vienna. Margo sends Vienna into the bathroom and questions Henry. He swears he didn't do anything wrong. After Margo searches the room, Henry asks if she is satisfied that she hasn't found any dead bodies. Margo decides this is a clue and takes them to the police department. Henry and Vienna start talking about their jailhouse fantasies, weirding Margo out. Henry gets dressed in the bathroom and calls Katie; he tells her about Margo and says they have to meet. Katie asks if he sent the email but he hangs up.
Katie, Brad, Henry and Vienna meet at Metro and wonder who took Spencer's body. They decide it has to be the killer who contacted Katie! They keep brainstorming but Katie starts to feel funny. She says she just wants to spend time alone with Brad and Henry hugs her. He asks what is wrong but she won't say; he tells her to tell Brad about whatever is bothering her.
