This thread is created for posters to discuss the couple "Nuke" (Noah and Luke) without concern of character bashing. Please ensure guidelines are followed in this thread. If you are not a "Nuke" fan, you should not be posting in this thread. This is also not a place to bash other couples.If you can not find this thread, please use Google as a tool to look for it by title. |

I asked for a no homophobe thread so we could all discuss the actual charater pairing without having to wade through all the hate. |

First I think who ever is writing some of the dialogue needs a refresher course. I realize because of the lack of air time, and the infamous kiss ban last year, TPTB are playing to the unsophiticated viewer, but jeez! Why should we have to suffer!! I would realy like better dialogue for most of the characters, plus may I suggest it better s/l!!! Okay rant over. I love Nuke!!! |

I know this isn't going to stop people's hateful or homophobic comments, but at least we have ONE thread where it's not allowed and we can discuss NUKE, as Plot said, without wading through the hate. |

There are some problems like what you mentioned that go against the no bash thread rule. In a no bash thread you cant mention anything negative about the couple. In a way it is a shame because I have problems with the way some things are being written for the character of Luke and Noah, so a non bash thread I feel is not the solution to the main problem on the board. To segregate people who like a s/l or characters to one thread, does not seem a solution ta anything. And a principle that intolerance is accepted here, "anti-gay people are safe here", seems extreamly naive to say the least. I am sure that that entire paragraph wil be edited and removed, but feel it should be said. Nuke is the only reason I still watch this show, and I feel the reason many are still watching. As anyone heard anything about a new s/l involving Luke and Noah and the "twins"? What is this all about? Who are the twins? |

You guys are right. It is kind of unfair that we have this "no-bashing" thread. I just wish that people could be more respectful about how they talk about Nuke so we wouldn't need one of these. |

This is very fair and meant to keep character bashing out of this thread, just like we do for any couple who gets bashed a lot in threads. I will open another thread for Libarkerty. In the future, please use the contact us link to ask questions. Do not post them on the site. |

What this no bash doesn't address is the fact that there are problems with the NUKE storyline and characters that cannot be discussed here because it is a no bash thread, therefore we can't discuss that. This is for all happy NUKE all the time. So where are we to go to actually discuss the storyline? I don't know...and apparantly we are no longer allowed to ask questions. HMMM strange. I guess the thread is pretty useless. |
