Carly did nothing wrong. In a town like that you are bound to sleep with someone elses ex. Simon deserves jail, yes. Carly, unfortunately, in the real world would get jail time as well, but the issue I think we all have with Katie is that she is obsessed. Katie slept with Simon, liked it, got caught and was made to look how she felt. She wants her husband back, but does she? It's almost like her being able to be in Simon's life 24/7 is making her happy. If she wanted to fix her marriage, she would buck up and take care of that. Even if they don't get back together, you know she tried at her marriage and not at getting Simon in jail. To me, I think she believes that the only way SHE can be with Mike is to have her temptation taken away, what better place than in jail?
