Yes. On a 'moral' stand because that is his job and he should not be prejudice in ANY way. On a selfish stand because Brad has not been any kind of brother to him - what the heck does he owe anything to Brad except and good butt kicking! Let's see? Brad married Carly. Brad plotted WITH Carly so he could have Katie for himself - Jack's most recent wife. WORST OF ALL the way he has acted to Parker and the horrible things he has said about his own NEPHEW. Pretty heartless really and apparently blood means nothing to him. But Jack's the good guy with a big heart and always saves the day. The only thing is, Margo had to find a way to arrest and incarcerate her own son so she'll not be understanding of Jack's decision when it all comes out and Brad just isn't worth it!

Jack should have grabbed him by the arm just the way Brad grabbed Parker and lead him down to the Police Station and tell Margo "BOOK HIM!!". I thought Jack had more conviction for his job than what he has shown this week.

YOU'RE RIGHT! And Jack KNOWS Brad is guilty - Brad just had a hunch that Parker was guilty! And we all know that if anything, the character of Brad is pretty intuitive.....NOT!

I was surprised Jack didn't stick to his convictions...he'll grow to resent Janet over this. He would have given Carly h#$$. Yeah, Brad And Jack will pay for this one. Anyone think that kid might be lying, he really does remember, just setting up something?

I think Jack's attitude so far has been pretty good. I agree that with the way Brad has been acting Brad deserves no favors from Jack. But for Jack to be the better person I think that Brad should not turn Brad in per say but load up all the evidence he can and give Brad the chance to turn himself in. If he doesn't within an appropriate timeframe then yes turn that sucker in. If he cant get evidence still turn him in because even if it was an accident it still caused some Jerk harm.

I am pretty satisfied with how the storyline is going so far so I do not wish to make any major modifications I suppose.

Since Brad almost killed Leo and Leo drugged and assaulted Liberty does Brad let Leo off the hook? When Leo gets out of the hospital is he going to jail for what he did to Liberty or does he get off because of what Brad did to him??
