WHY BRING JAMES BACK, HAS THIS STORY HAVE NO END. FOR ONCE, WHY CAN'T PAUL FOR ONCE HAVE A MARRIAGE OR RELATIONSHIP LAST FOR MORE THAN A YEAR. I TEND TO WATCH LESS WHEN THE JAMES RETURNS. AND I HAVE BEEN A FAN FOR A LONG TIME. IF HE MUST RETURN. GIVE HIM SOMETHING BETTER TO DO THAN THE SAME JAMES THINGS.

I am sick to death of James Stenbeck!! Must there be so much angst where Paul/Meg r concerned? I swear they r over-doing it IMO!! I so dreaded him coming back and might take a break until he is gone altho there r other s/l's I don't want to miss. Guess I will use my mute button more then usual.

James Makes the Show worth Watching I wish He would Show His Face to all of Oakdale.

I don't like James but every show needs a villian. I thought they would have played out the rick decker story alittle longer but James will have to do. Always have to have trouble stired up in soap land.

I love James being back !! He is the original villian !! There has been no one like him before or since, in my opinion. He was evil well before his time !

I think it's great to bring him back every so often just to stir the pot. I am sorry it's to stir Paul's life, but I do love to see this man back !!

I was ALMOST as excited about james coming back as i was CRaig. James is one of the main reasons i watch ATWT's..just waiting for his return. EVEry soap needs a bad guy...and no one does it so elegantly and well.

I LOVED Paul's comment when he was telling the man on the phone not to call the police. "No it is just an evil, annoying squirrel." So funny!! I always just LOVE Paul's lines. He says some of the best stuff on the show.

That is why James is back this time Meg has the baby and James dashes away with it and a month later the baby comes back as a teenager. lol

James is a great bad guy and he brings excitement to the show.

I LOL when he first came back and all he could talk about was would Paul fix him a sandwich. I don't know why but I find him a great "bad" guy. How he "inspires" such fear into the hearts of all Oakdale. I enjoy him and glad he's back. Tired of Meg and Paul all the time, enjoy seeing Paul bantering with someone else.

I agree that James is WAY overdone. Enough already. The constant "bringing him back" just shows the writers have a great lack of imagination. It's been 28 years of him and that's more than enough. I'd say kill him off, but they always find a way to resurrect him..........again a real lack of imagination. Give me some real story and spare me all the cloak and dagger.

This soap needs a little shaking up right now, and James is just the guy we need to do that! I say, bring it on!!

I agree this storyline is booring and I usually fast forward all the good scenes. I thought at first that James would liven up the s/l, but no such luck. He's so predictable and dull.
