I wanted them togther I thought it would be nice, but now they are together I am not as exited as I thought I would be. It seems a little rushed and forced.

I agree they need to slow things down or it's gonna fizzle out just like it did with Carly and Holden.

Ehhhh, we all know that Lilly and Holden will get back together again eventually. I thought it said in comings and goings that Mike was leaving?

I want to see Holden and Lily with other people for awhile before they get back together. Maybe I am not into this mike and lily thing because I knew he was leaving so therefore not going to last with Lily, sigh.

I wonder why Lily and Holden just got seperated and not just divorced. Unless thats just a standard procedure.

I thought the writers would actually pair Mike with Meg since he was around the farm a lot and he's one of the men she's not related to that she hasn't hooked up with. I did think that Lily deserved a little sexual recklessness with hot Mr. Kasnoff, but it's not playing out as passionate and interesting as it should. It has the same limited appeal as the Lily/Dusty thing. Not so great. I'm trying desperately to root for Mike to finally get a woman who deserves him, and for Lily to finally get the passionate, fulfilling relationship she deserves... but it looks like things might just fizzle out and Lily will ultimately turn back to Holden. Honestly, I'm so used to the Jack/Carly, Holden/Lily pairings that I usually think that their separations are only temporary. I don't even know yet how I feel about Jack and Janet. Maybe Janet and Dallas? Dallas needs a woman. Dallas needs a storyline... and I do believe I covered a dozen topics here! Sorry!

Did I read somewhere that there is a possibility that Mark Collier (name?) might come back as Mike? maybe I dreamed it!
So maybe Mike is staying just the actor is going. I like this Mike though. now that he is going they give him more of a stoty,

Jon & Kelly (Holden & Emily) have said they really don't want to work together. She said they hardly ever even work on the same day so I guess it works out well for the kids. I was surprised to see them in the same room yesterday. Always interesting to watch them when they do play together.

It was fun to see Kelly and Jon together yesterday... they should at least once in a while cross paths... As for Mike and Lily it will not last. Holden and Lily are right now smiling at each other and agreeing to be friends. Yeah right... it's just a matter of time.

I don't think it really matters. I think if the writers were going to screw up the Lily/Holden storyline like this...and they have been foundering for years...getting rid of Martha Byrne was the best way to do it. She WAS Lily, and we loved her with Holden. With this new Lily, we have nothing invested in her relationship with Holden. So we don't care what they do or who they do it with. Carly hasn't REALLY betrayed her best friend. Holden hasn't really betrayed his wife. Actors come and go in roles and have since the beginning of tv, but usually, there is the effort to at least try to get a replacement who resembles the former owner of the role. There have been other Lilys and I'm sure (read hoping) there will be others. And Noelle Beck might have been wonderful in the other roles she's had, but as Lily, she completely misses the mark. She's completely unbelievable.



I feel you completely on the Faux-Lilly. I don't see any chemistry with anyone Noelle has acted with. This character is not her element. Since the current Mike has no chemistry with anyone, I guess the writers thought what the heck and threw them together. Thank goodness I can fast forward them on my DVR!
