So, let me get this straight............Holden, Lily, Meg.....and yes I (since I love the farm) for that matter would hate to see the Snyders lose the farm. Holden knows it would devastate his mother, but counsels Lily to NOT invest in the project? And Lily goes along with it? Not in a million years! Another contrived crisis where there shouldn't be any. Emma is Lily's grandmother after all. This is just stupid............and all so that Paul can be brought down just in time for Darth Vader's return to Oakdale. I aint buyin' it.

I didn't know Emma was Lily's grandma. When you put it like that I think Lily should give the money to Paul. Afterall it's all in the Family. Unless it's not a wise decision because I think that even with all that money the whole farm is gonna fall to pieces. I think that's what HOlden and Lily were thinking.

It doesn't make any sense does it, I mean Lily has a ton of money and Luke just came into a pile of money and they won't chip in and help Paul save the farm?? What's up with that??
Well I guess the scenes at the farm will be coming to an end pretty soon since Emma is going to lose the farm if the clean up isn't completed, thanks a heap Lily and Luke.

Oh don't forget Emma isn't just Lily's grandmother she is also her mother in law.

I agree, they're both being realistic. They could blow all their money when the drainage is gonna go to pieces anyways.

Sad sad day when Paul cares more about Meg, Emma, and the
farm than her own family. I guess it makes since though since
she's only related to Lily, Lucinda and Luke through marriage
and Lily and Holden are on the fast track to getting a divorce
then she want have any ties to the rich folks that won't help
her save her farm. Emma has done so much for these people and
now they won't even lift a finger to help her.

Everyone is right on. Those that don't want to chip in will be homeless since most of them live under the roof of that farm. Paul is getting himself knee deep into a big mess just to help emma out. When the roof comes down on Paul they will all tell him he didn't change. My jaw hit the floor after hearing holden/lily conversation. Emma needs to be told about that one. If Carly had it she would have helped and I don't care for Carly. Goes to show you who is there for you when the tough gets tougher.

I agree with all of you. Why doesn't Paul go to Lily, Luke and Lucinda to help Emma? He had to know that going to a loan shark would lead to disaster and put him in danger. And now he is going to be a father? He was plain stupid for doing that with so many other sources.
