I cannot stand Alison with all of her flip-flopping! First, there was that hilarious sexual harassment suit against Chris that was an insult to all women who have been victimized because of their gender. If you really felt preyed upon and discriminated against, you would not dare speak to the culprit, right? But in a few short weeks, she's letting Chris massage her calf on the track?! Aaron is being so lame. He just tends bar and tends Ali. I wish he'd stop treating her like she's so fragile and in danger where Chris is concerned. He guards her like a rabid pit bull, and his character has no real substance besides his unwavering obsession with Alison. One minute, she's this bad-azz who can lick the whole world, and the next, she needs so much protection. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and make some big girl decisions and commit to them. Chris needs to try Dani out and leave Alison alone for a while. If she truly wants him, she should be the aggressor this time. Chris has taken so much crap to be with that girl, and she pushes him away every time. Emily, Alison, and Susan have no skills when it comes to men. Susan said it herself! |

Whoever is writing this character, whoever casted this character is off the mark. Marry her off to Chris and let them leave for Africa to save the starving or something. Leave the storylines to those who can trully act. I am not thrilled with the Casey/Emily or Carly/Holden stories, but those characters are much better written, casted and acted than the Alison/Chris/Aaron story that they are trying to shove down our throats. It doesn't work...at least not for me. We don't want to see women that must be rescued... particularly by a guy who has treated her like crap in the past. Strong women like Janet, Margo, Katie and Carly (most of the time) is who I want to see in the front burner. |

I disagree about the sexual harassment thing with Allison because I don't think she was sexually harassed. She was bullied with the "locking of the door" thing and that certainly was grounds for Chris' dismissal. But what preceeded it to me was not harassment because it was the head of the nursing program's unilateral decision...as she in fact testified. |

But I wholeheartedly agree about Aaron's obsession with her. It sure is funny because many years ago, Alison was so obsessed with stealing Aaron away from Lucy that she set a fire to get attention and let Will take the blame for it. She even went to jail over the deal. And now it's Aaron who is obsessed. I wish the writers would have characters act more normally and not so "over the top". Oh, no, Hurrikun, ITA that she was not harassed. I was saying that someone who was truly harassed wouldn't want to speak to or touch their aggressor like she was doing after the trial with Chris. She's a perpetual victim, and Aaron is a perpetual doormat/bodyguard. She's going to go back to Chris now that he's getting involved with Dani, I'll bet. Aaron, get a real job and grow up! He's got that goody-goody Snyder syndrome going on. |
