I just had to post this .....the new issue of SOD(the week of August 18th) :Great Expectations.......Meg is having Paul's baby!
Meg gets the news that she is pregnant and with Emma's help bakes up blue and pink baby bootie cookies to surprise Paul with!Meg is worried about the poison she had in her blood from Decker ,and also wondering if she would carry to full term.HMMM?Could this be why Grandpa James is coming back to town?

I am glad they are going to have a baby, but it looks like they won't be happy for long, with James coming back.

The last time James left the show wasn't he on a plane with a baby. I think it was Roseanna's ???
Does anyone remember?

What happened to Cabot?

Thanks. I thought maybe he was going to come back with James and be about 25 years old (soap opera years).

Why not age Cabot to to Faith's age so she'll have someone other than her sister, Sage and JJ to play with. Wonder how Emily will feel about Paul having a baby with Meg after they lost theirs at the farm in Meg's hands. I want to see who Dusty is going to be sharing the screen with, is it going to be Lily or Meg? I'm guessing Lily.

I hate this whole storyline! The actors are both so good and sooo attractive they deserve better than this. Meg has been re-historied (she is at least 12 years older than Paul, had a hysterectomy 18 years ago, and was happily married to Josh and hated Barbara for sleeping with her former husband, Tonio) and I can just have no investment in this story.

Emily was supposed to be an "older woman" when she seduced the teenaged Paul, yet Emily is the same age as Meg!! Paul's no teenager anymore; however, the whole "babymaking" thing can't be rewritten. I mean, please, if there's a reverse hysterectomy available out there Oakdale Memorial's not the first hospital to have it...

I think the writers should leave paul and meg alone and actually let them last. Tom and Margo doesn't have to be the only couple to make it past 25 years. I'd like to see another young couple actually make it. And love Paul/Meg together. I really think Paul is cute too in his own little way. LOL.

Paul has lost his mind, why would he borrow money from a loan shark? He is a complete fool.
