What kind of cop is Margo? Thank God not a "real" one! Not only does she NOT shoot Decker when she had an opportunity too, but then she gets upset b/c "he" doesn't stick to the "deal" and takes off with a hostage! Well, surprise, surprise..did you really think he would try to get away without one?... Hello Miss Cop, that's why REAL cops don't make deals!
The writers need to toughen her up! This isn't the first time she's made "deals" with the bad guys, and they took off with a hostage!(remember Lilly). Good grief! If she can't do the job any more, let her retire and take care of Tom.

I also thought it was ridiculous that Decker took Allison hostage. She could hardly walk. Why didn't he take somebody in better shape (like Meg)?

I really thought she was going to shoot Decker when she had the chance to and didn't, go figure.

It actually would have been more fun for him to take Emily hostage.......then when Margo has a chance to shoot........she can decide whether Decker or Emily gets it first.

Just a few days ago at her house I was sure Margo was willing to shoot Emily. Why not Decker? Certainly there was a couple of times when someone had a clear shot. Especially in the parking lot when they were coming up behind him.
Poor Emily, she offered herself as hostage but Decker didn't think anyone cared enough about her. Now, that's a real ego buster!!

Margo definately has issues (I actually think her and Rick might make a good pair if she ever falls completely off the sanity wagon)... but I blame this one on the writers/producers. If Margo shot Decker then Chris couldn't have been the hero. And that's what this misguided story was about. Now... we have to endure the Chris/Allson/Aaron story. And... then Decker would be dead and can't come 8000 times just like James (well..okay... I guess since Dusty and James have "died" at one time or another... he could have).

The more interesting story would have been Margo finally shooting him but Tom having lasting medical effects because she waited so damn long. Maybe he would have been impotent because of his heart. They'd have to bring back "Doc"....because I think the only reason Tom & Margo are together is that they seem to have alot of sex.

I couldn't believe shed didn't shoot him either. I wish she did, but that was sooooooooooo stupid on her part. She needs to toughen up. She's turning into a Wusss.
