Yes, it was Emily's egg that she donated to Susan.

Yes and I'm not surprised you missed it. It came out a few years ago and it was treated so ANTI-climactically that you could have said I'm going to the grocery store to pick up some milk and have gotten just as much of a reaction. The setup for that years earlier by Doug Marland should have been HUGE when the truth came out. Big letdown.

And incidentally, I know the reason Ed Fry is no longer on the show playing Larry (Allison's Dad) is that he and others were let go as part of budget cutbacks back in the mid90s. But it's pretty sad that the main reason Allison exists is that Susan was past child-bearing age, Larry (her husband) wanted a child, so they went through in-vitro with Emily as the donor. And then within a couple of years, Larry is nowhere to be seen, leaving Susan alone to raise a child alone. Ironic. But then again, it was a financial decision behind the scenes and not really what would/should have been written.

When the truth came out Ally thought of herself as a freak - for about 5 minutes. She got over it.
The other day when Susan said to Emily that Casey was "almost young enough to be your son" did she mean that he wasn't much older than Daniel, or did she forget that since he is younger than Ally he is DEFINITELY young enough to be Emily's child?
Susan may have forgotten, but the rest of us remember that Emily is in her late 40's.

Although the meaning of the acronym SORAS contains "aging" it appears as though it can go both ways. It can rapidly age a character, or rapidly unage a person.

Is this like a tanning bed? Where can I buy one!!!!

Aaaah , the fountain of youth , a lot of makeup makes the difference . If I had make overs like they do on the soaps , I would look like thirty again. Nips , tucks and sucks make a person look younger. Plus implants , what a world we live in , if we can afford it. They can raise your butt , your boobs , your chin , get rid of the extra fat and do so many things.

Emily doesn't need it. I tell you what, Jon Hensley is an extremely lucky man. She's SMOKIN HOTT from head to toe!

I love her haircut and her makeup is always done right.

What would she look like with out make up? She is young enough that she could still look hot.
Seems to me , if someone is suppose to look sick on a soap , all they do is remove their makeup.
Us everyday moms must look sick a lot. LOL

Thats funny thats what they do though. I guess I look sick too.


I had no idea that Holden and Emily were a couple in real life with kids and such. Wow! Should be easy to play a couple on the show.

I wish I had that kind of money. It's surprising that Emma has a double chin. I guess they need to have somebody on the soap that looks real.
