I just remembered, what about that girl that won the last Inturn season? She would have to be connected to someone that has died, maybe Sophie or Dusty, and she is getting revenge with the poison jewelry.

Yes, what is up with this anyway! First the bracelet, then the watch, the necklace and NOW the perfume. Dr. Death Decker is really doing a number on Oakdale and he was in town what... one day? Gotta be him. How would Larry know Allison was even in nursing school - and who gets a gift (Chris especially) without thanking the person he/she THINKS gave it to them? Hope Dr. Bob figures this one out quick or Meg, Allison, Chris and ole Emily are gonna be in big trouble. Can't wait to see Susan reaction when she uses her perfume. And just what or who was the necklace for Barbara or Meg? Can't see it being for Meg unless Sophie really is Decker's daughter.

I think the necklace was sent to Barbara from Will & Gwen and she lent it to Meg for the wedding.
