How uncomfortable am I that they put a 21 year old actress with a 15 year old actor to do a love scene? I am sick and disgusted with that move! Chris Goutman should be fired and the writer's replaced! They should have know better! Was it their aim to "wake" parents up or something more sick and lascivious!

I can agree to the level of discomfort with this, but the only "love scene" that has actually taken place is in our own minds. I mean, all they really did was kiss on camera, right? I understand seeing them lying there afterwards was part of it too, but I'm not so sure they have done anything truly vile here. JMO

I didn't see any passionate love scenes either. Just kisses and very innocent looking kisses at that!

It's the thoughts they put in our minds that are bothersome .
It just shouldn't have been that way.

I don't think anyone has mentioned "passionate" ( I'll re read)it is just the point period. He is too young to be paired with an older actress (or one the same age) and participating in ANY kind of sexually oriented scene at all. I'm not outraged, just a little uncomfortable with this.

I agree. I don't like that they had sex. If the teen line for this summer is sex ed, they could have done it differently!

No one belongs having sex until they are married and thereby committed for life. If we want to act like dogs on the street corner, then have at it. But sex is making love and love is a decision within the confines of commitment in marriage for life.

i really don't enjoy watching the kids get it on but i don't think *that* stringently either. sex is ok between two consensual adults (marriage not necessary) - and it is the hope that both act responsibly by using protection against diseases and pregnancy. that is my opinion anyway. the days of the chastity belt are long gone i'm afraid. thank GOD.
