Quote hmmm: If heterosexual couples can't get it right, what makes you think homosexual couples can. Straight people don't feel the need to have a parade about their sexuality, ie Gay parade in NY. My issue is two men and two women trying to accomplish what a man and woman should be doing, plenty of hetrosexual couples adopt children also. Bottom line and I state it again IF IT WASN'T FOR A MAN AND A WOMAN IN A HETEROSEXUAL RELATIONSHIP CREATING LIFE THERE WOULD NEVER BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR 2 MEN OR WOMEN TO KISS ON TV. HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS WILL NEVER CREATE LIFE! AND IF IT WASN'T FOR A MAN AND A WOMAN YOU OR I WOULD NOT EVEN BE HERE DISCUSSING IT. It may continue to be shoved in everybody's faces on TV, but it will never be right or totally accepted, I don't care how many of you say it does not bother me or it's their life or their business, if you put your business out for everyone to see you better expect to handle any comment, AND WATCHING 2 MEN KISS ON TV WILL ALWAYS NEVER LOOK RIGHT!!!!!

I totally agree with you, and I've said the same thing serveral times but it is always taken as me bashing gays and that isn't the case. I don't approve of the lifestyle and I don't think for what ever reason man and woman were created that the gay lifestyle was one of them. I think as long as we don't call each other names there is nothing wrong with giving our opinion and disagreeing with one another.

I agree with you 100% , PEACE .

ITA!! And hi to my sweet friend, Willow!!!!!

I know Willow and Uggerly that we are from very different generations, but I don't believe that embracing ignorance and bigotry is actually peace. If you agree that homosexuality is immoral and unnatural then so be; just say so. Don't pretend to be one thing and then say something else. It's post and ignorance like that of keytonblows and hmm that make people think that they have the right to dicriminate against gay people, assualt them and kill them.

Wait one minute!!! By now, all of the gay people on this site, know that I love them! I had a first marriage to a gay man, so I'm not just any older woman. I learned in my twenties, what it was all about! We agreed to disagree, but it didn't make me hate gays!!! I became friends with many, and I was a friend to my late husband, with whom I had two children, until the day he died! I was agreeing, that we can all agree to disagree, that's all!!!!

Well I'm gay and i don't know that because when you write "I totally agree" to something you are writing that you are in total agreement with what the person is posting.
You had stated that to willow, who wrote in response to keytonblows stating that human beings were not created for "the gay lifestyle" (whatever that is) that she (willow) was 100% in agreement with that.
So what I or anyone else who can read saw was that you and willow were agreeing with keytonblows, that doesn't sound like love to me. Like I said we are obviously of two different generations,so you must believe that by agreeing with statements like that you are not promoting hate, I think you are. Guess what? I get to post my opinion too.

Margolovestom, generational differences don't have anything to do with what you are saying. I believe it is what you are taught and mostly exposure. I have a gay nephew, my son is bi, I lived in Key West for years and have many gay friends. I actually know, as some people are afraid to find out, gays are the same as heterosexuals except for who they are attracted to. They love thier families, thier friends, thier communities and thier church.
Please don't judge Uggerly and Willow by the generation. I am of the same generation and it is this generation who protested, marched and supported equal rights FOR ALL PEOPLE. Willow nad Uggerly are good loving, kind women. Because they prefer not to see men kissing does not make them bigoted. I don't know your age, but it's not all black & white, there's alot of gray.

Margolovestom - I have to disagree with your reply to Uggerly. I have read many posts where she is a voice advocating equality. I think perhaps there was a bit of over reaction on your part???? Just a thought.

As far as I can tell they were in 100% agreement with Keytonblows and hmm WHO's post promote hate and ignorance. When you reply to a post that "ITA", and that you agree "100%" that means you are in support of what they are posting. I feel no over reaction on my part. I was not stating that they could not post their opinions, I was just saying they shouldn't continually switch postions and expect no fall out.

It must be nice for you in your comfortable privileged heterosexual lives where no one is discriminating against you in housing, employment etc,and where no one is assualting or killing you just because of who you are. So when someone posts a message of hate under the guise of, "I'm just expressing my opinion and as long as no one calls names it's all good.", I have to ask how is stating that god did not create men and women to be homosexual not a message of hate dressed up as an innocous opinion? ...and say, "hey man my hands are clean. I'm just expressing another POV. All I'm doing is supporting someones right to say what they want. I'm just supporting that I'm not promoting hate or ignorance." I'm glad you're comfortable with that. So keep posting about how open minded you are and how everyone has the right to express an opinion regardless of its consequences, and us gays and lesbians will just keep sheding all the blood. Thanks for your support.

.... Please do not pretend to know people like Willow or Uggerly. Plot said that you misunderstood and you did. Just because she's not gay that doesn't mean she hate's or thinks it's okay for others to hate gays. Damn, what do you want from her?

To be honest, you don't know Uggerly and if you did you wouldn't speak this way about her. She's a lovely kind hearted woman and she's got alot going on now and she doesn't need this.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Some do not like this storyline just as some do not like the Janet s/l or Carly/Holden s/l. I dont hate the nuke s/l but its not my fave either. I find it a bit annoying because lukes a pouter and noah is confused. But I wont stop watching. Someone cant help who they love and sometimes that someone is of the same sex, so what! The show is trying to satisfy all veiwers.

Lets not get nasty and lets watch our show we all love so much!

WOW!

......
I stand up for injustice when I see it. I am very vocal about it. I feel my hands are clean. I feel very comfortable with where I am. And to answer an earlier remark...I don't give a crap what people on this board think of me. I am who I am and I say what I want to say. I know I am openminded, I don't need some stranger validating my viewpoints. Although it is fun when you meet a like minded soul.

Why does this have to be a fight between heteros and homosexuals? You are right, I have no idea what it is like to be homosexual. But does that mean that my support means nothing unless it is completely within certain specs. ...
