Ok I just signed on here with a screenname that hopefully says it all. I really do not care for kissing between men. ... Am I the only one that is truly disturbed by what is to be .....? |

I am not a fan of the kissing men scene either, but its a gay storyline so its ging to happen. It does not have a bunch of airtime so I have accepted it. At least we've been ...... so far. |

I thought the kiss was hot, not as long as the first time they kissed; but still hot! I especially liked that it was not some peck, but that we actually saw Luke open his mouth as he went in for seconds. Although P&G still seems timid about the s/l. |

I hate this storyline with a passion, I wish they had never started it. They're going to far now though, using our military to promote their storyline is crossing the line. I was in the army and I would have turned someone like noah in with out blinking an eye. ... |

I know quite a few gay people who served in millitary and they did have relationships, but not with heterosexual people. It is not different if you are not straight. I find this post to be offensive. There is definately a difference between saying you don't like to see two characters kissing and defaming them the way this post did. Edited by PlotTwister (Ain't that funny) because I got caught up in it too. |

I personally don't mind it. Luke and Noah had a great passion before all this Ameera and Col. stuff. I like this couple and I hope that they do keep them together for a bit longer this time. Its pure and nice to see. |

There's line between expressing your opinion, like saying you dont like the ppl kissing or the storyline, and then just going too far. I personally also don't really enjoy watching two men kissing, i think the stoyline is kind of odd.but gay ppl are the same as everyone else. You know if you can trust a person wehn you see the kind of person they are on the inside, meaning nice, kind, gentla, it doesnt mattter if theyre gay or not. |

Not sure what you mean by going in the right direction? Are you saying that 2 men kissing on TV is going in the right direction? If anyone who post disagrees with the homosexual scenes on the soaps you are entitled to your opinion, just like those who are trying to make it main stream, and make it a regular part of our viewing. However anyone feels about As the World Turns attempts to keep the shows ratings up is just that; their views and opinions. I totally disagree with the story line, and As the World turns has received what they wanted a spike in viewers response.. I would watch AtWT sometimes but now I really dont care to watch it at all.. When all is said and done "IF IT WASN'T FOR A MAN AND A WOMAN THERE WOULD BE NO TWO MEN KISSING" Just like you don't appreciate comments against homosexual encounters, Heterosexuals don't appreciate comments against .... |

By going in the right direction in meant recent events such as Gay Marriage in California, NY State recognizing Gay Marriages that took place in other states or countries. As far as two men kissing on TV lots of shows have had gay characters and gay characters in relationships. ATWT is the first soap to have two main characters in a gay relationship. I don't quite understand what you mean by, "...heterosexuals don't appreciate comments against ... How did any of my comments do that? I also feel the need to point out that there are many heterosexuals who can not or choose not to procreate. Also many gay couples are willing to adopt the children that heterosexuals choose to give away. Edited by PlotTwister...Let's keep on subject and not veer off into procreation. |

The difference is that Homosexuals are discriminated against. The comments that offend homosexuals tend to be biggoted and rude. Homesexuals get called names like "F**' and "qu***"....What is offensive about being called "Straight"? |
