As the trial begins........and I do think there will be a trial, the big loser is going to be Emily.

Emily will make clear her hatred for Tom, Margo, and Chris as she defends her sister. She will even take the stand. Chris will make it known that Emily is the one who drugged him a couple months ago and that will comeout. At about that same time, Margo will learn the real extent of Casey and Emily's relationship and even though she does not want to hurt Daniel, she doesn't want Casey anywhere near Emily, so she testifies that Emily was a prostitute.

While I have no idea how the actual case will be decided, Emily's life is shattered. No parental rights at all now when it comes to Daniel. And it will be her hatred for Tom, Chris, and Margo (and Emily was the abuser here, not the other way around) that will have been the cause of it.
